Great experience I recently purchased my first car from Wallingford Buick GMC. I worked with Jason Nichols and found the perfect SUV to fit my needs - a used GMC Terra I recently purchased my first car from Wallingford Buick GMC. I worked with Jason Nichols and found the perfect SUV to fit my needs - a used GMC Terrain. The customer service was excellent - Jason was so helpful and knowledgable. I also felt like I got a great deal after doing tons of research. The best part was that Jason was not pushy - he was patient and understood it would take time for me to make a decision. My family and I will always remember this as a very positive experience - I love my Terrain. More

No hassle. The greatest part of my experience was that there was no pressure to buy. Terrible Recall work performed Terrible recall work performed on my 05 Trailblazer. I Went in for a recall work on my fuel sender. When it was returned I was confronted with some Terrible recall work performed on my 05 Trailblazer. I Went in for a recall work on my fuel sender. When it was returned I was confronted with some recommended work totally 2600 dollars which 1900 is for a muffler system that is clearly not needed. As i drive home,the truck engines light goes on along with the gas cap light. Never had a issue with my truck with 55K on her. I was furious to find out that its all an evaporative leak issue now that i never had. I contacted service and was asked if the truck had the light on when i brought it in. Are you serious? You try to sell me $2600 in recommended repairs and you wouldn't recommend a trouble light issue if it had one. Totally dishonest people. I knew if i have them look at it i would be issue even more repair work. To make the matter worse, i take it to a local Chevy dealer who lets me look at the work done and was told the fuel line are held in with "tie wraps" and is unsafe with a fuel line rubbing the chassis .. Are you kidding me Wallingford Buick. Did the GM plant install fuel lines held by tie wraps. What a joke. Leaving with a truck with the light on is not bad enough you let me go with a unsafe repair. I took picture of the repair and will have to pay for a reputable dealer for a repair using the "factory" retaining clips that should of been used in the first place. I plan to have a report made about the repair along with the picture sent to GM corporate with the hope of reimbursement. Dont trust Wallingford BUICK. Totally unsatisifed. More
