Great car buying experience When we visited the dealership recently we were thinking of a used LaCrosse. I had done a lot of research and had narrowed the choices to the Buick or When we visited the dealership recently we were thinking of a used LaCrosse. I had done a lot of research and had narrowed the choices to the Buick or a late model Acura. After seeing the Acura we changed our minds. When we met Gene Baron at the Wallingford Buick dealership we liked him immediately. He is a retired State Policeman and we felt that we could trust him right away. Because, I had done research, we knew at the very least we wanted a LaCrosse with the Premium package, V6 and leather, etc. Once Gene explained the LaCrosse features we realized that the Buick had what we wanted and were included. At that point the search was over. It was an easy decision to choose the 2015 rather than used because General Motors has made many improvements for 2015. All the negotiations went smoothly and we completed the deal. The car has been a real pleasure to drive. The best part is that the technology is really easy to understand and use. The On Star feature is so impressive! We easily connected our cell phones and Ipad. The rep at On Star was great too. What a simple process! We've gotten so many compliments! More
