The warranties they offered went beyond my expectations. My sales representative Chynna was a no pressure straight shooter from my first phone call to the last handshake finalizing the deal. My experience purchasing a car from Wallinford Buick I have purchased cars from Wallingford before so when I was in the market for this purchase I checked the web site found a car called and left a messa I have purchased cars from Wallingford before so when I was in the market for this purchase I checked the web site found a car called and left a message for previous sales person and did not receive a return call. I called back and another sales person did tell me the car was available I told him I would be there on Sunday to look at the car. When I went to the dealership on Sunday I was told the that car was on deposit when I said I was told to come up that day his reply if you would like to leave a second deposit you can. At that point I wasn't happy and just left. I explored other dealerships and after 2-3 days I checked on line and the car was still showing up for sale so I answered on line inquiry and came in contact with Mason. Mason checked into that car and did say a deposit was taken and he would find out the status. Mason called back and said the car was sold. a I did receive a call from Larry Esposito and I told him of my displeasure with my lack of customer courtesy. Larry said he would get back to me. He did and between him and Mason they were able to find a car for me. Mason was low keyed and very easy to talk to. He returned my phone calls and made purchase easy. Mason took the time to explain the car and the features. He was very knowledgeable about all the features and explained it well. Also Justin was very good and returned phone calls also. If it wasn't for Larry and Mason I would of purchased a car elsewhere they restored my confidence back in Wallingford Buick. More
