First I would like to sincerly apologize for any customer leaving dissatified. We are very sorry if any employee here seemed like they were "brushing you off". I want to let you know that the financing of vehicles if sometimes very tricky; and there are a lot of variable factors that play a part in the final outcome/decision. Not speaking about a particular situation, but the banks more often than not, put specific stipulations and factors in effect before approving a person for the loan that they are applying for. One of those factrs may be, but is not limited to, the book value of the car. Many financial organizations will not finance a vehicle if it does not meet the minimal book value that they require for a specific vehicle. If anyone was directing you to a car that you were not originally interested in, it may have been because you would have had a better chance getting approved for a different vehicle. We would rather sell a car regardless of the value rather than not sell a car and have a customer leave unhappily, and unfortunately certain financial organizations prevent that from happening. Please accept out sincere apologies, we are in the process, and will, better ourselves as a result of your feedback. Thank You, The Team at Wallingford Auto Park
