I am Very sorry to hear that you feel your experience was less than satisfying. We do offer our best price online and when you are in the dealership. Sometimes, as time goes on and the vehicle is still available for sale, we will lower the price in order to move our inventory. It is a fact that the price of a vehicle becomes lower over time as a result of age, availability, etc. Please do not take offense to this, we offer our best possible price and we never want to see someone leave over a price discount request that we just cannot meet. Again I am sorry for you having to wait some time in order for us to be able to meet your negotiated price point, but I am at least happy that we were able to meet it in the end. As far as nobody responding to your emails, I do apologize. I myself have not heard from or received anything from you but I would be happy to discuss your situation. I will always work to resolve any situation brought to my attention. Please email me at cmccue@wallingfordautopark.com and we can have discussion with the proper department regarding the cosmetic "issues" that you say you had with the vehicle. Please keep in mind that these are not new vehicles. They are Pre-Owned and being sold WELL BELOW market value because of just that. We perform 108-point safety inspections on all vehicles in order to ensure they are up to our standards. To us that is the MOST important factor. Of course, we want every vehicle on our lot to be cosmetically perfect, but Sometimes, in order to ensure we can sell a vehicle for a fair, below-market price, we will only touch-up small, cosmetic defects, such as small scratches or dings. We then leave it up to the customer if they would like to increase the cost of the vehicle with further cosmetic work on the non-major, non-mechanical blemishes.
