Car purchase Originally when I first went in it seemed the original car rep was not interested in the fact I had an older trade and wanted to purchase a BMW, in fa Originally when I first went in it seemed the original car rep was not interested in the fact I had an older trade and wanted to purchase a BMW, in fact I wasn't able to test drive because they were closing in 45 minutes (already had waited 25). So the next day (I was also told they would be closed to come back wed) I called out of curiosity and Manny answered told me to come in! When I arrived the car was ready for a test drive and I was allowed to go by myself, he even offered if I wanted to take it home to show my partner or to my mechanic. After everything was said and done they gave me what I wanted for my trade and Larry handled the financing. Larry was professional and understanding of my situation. After a day of contemplating I decided to make the purchase. Everything was seamless in regards to paper work, registration and insurance. Manny delivered and clean car with full tank of gas and set me up with an appointment because I felt the alignment was off (no questions asked). Over all manny definitely redeemed walllingford auto based off my initial perception and visit. I walked out originally feeling judged for looking young when I am really 32. But manny knows how to treat a customer as if they're his family. Thank you manny and Larry! More
