I was initially reluctant to buy from used dealership. Staff was friendly and easygoing, and Rich, Marcello and Joe bent over backwards to accommodate my out of state purchase. BUYERS BEWARE!!!!! This place is the worst. No assistance with trying to help us with a car they sold us. Go elsewhere!!!! We purchased a car at Wallingford Auto Park and the following day noticed a squealing in the tires. When we brought it to them they mentioned it can because the car was sitting but to bring it in. My husband brought the car in the next day they said they didn't notice anything. We drove the car home and noticed the same issues still the same noise, along with crunching from the tires. We called back to inform them of this and for SECOND time bringing the vehicle in back to Wallingford. Arranging transportation for pick up and drop off is not easy! There mechanics said they didn't notice anything. We told them the noise started happening after about 15 minutes of driving- still they said they didn't notice anything. We have been so frustrated with this, wasting our gas twice on 2 trips, 2 different vehicles for drop off and pick up with NO RESULTS we brought to our local mechanic to take a look. Our mechanic will be providing us an invoice of the problems the car has. I don't get it, if he was able to figure out what was going on with the car I don't get how Wallingford Auto Park was not. This is the car they sold to us.. thanks (enter sarcasm here).......(update $370 later, pictures of corroded brakes, front brakes needed to be replaced etc. will be updating with pics and more. I don't know how they couldn't determine this was the reason for squealing and crunching noises, how could your mechanics not determine this) More
