Our initial impression was very favorable when Andrea made contact. Rich Balnchette was the sales person that helped us out with my initial drive and my husbands testbdrivwblatwr that night. He even postponed his own personal plans to accommodate my husbands late arrival after work and took the time to secure the car with a deposit. Two days later we finished the process with financial and took the car home. Kudos to Chris Brunnernfor a wellnoiled pick up process! From start to finish this has been a top notch dealership. From having the car waiting for me upon my arrival, to the extensive knowledge of their inventory, to their can-do attitude with all the curveballs we threw their way. We worked with Rick Miller, who was knowledgeable, quick with a response, and made sure I had everything I needed. When we arrived, a saleman Jeff also greeted us and was incredibly helpful and personable. Chris helped us with our paperwork and loans and got us an unbelievable rate and made us feel confident in our decision. Finally, we were helped extensively by Frank, who was so friendly and made the process really enjoyable. The car was GREAT: clean, effient, and spotless when I drove it off the site, but what I was really impressed with was how we were treated like family from the second we set foot inside.
