(We have messaged the customer privately to resolve the issue at hand but no solution was wanted by the customer, below is our public response to this review) Hello, We are sorry for the bad experienced that you detailed. We would like to reach out to you and figure out a way to resolve the issue. We strive to always have our customers leave here with a great experience, and if that did not happen we would like to try and make it right. Would you be able to leave your contact information, whether that is phone, text, or email? We will have the manager or Rich reach out to you. Thank you for your honest review, and we hope to hear back from you! The full dealer conveyance fee of $599 is paid by 99% of the customers that buy vehicles from our dealership. If the customer chooses to do the registration on their own and go to the DMW, we can reduce that fee, but most customer agree that it is worth having it all done here. We have that written in the documents that you signed that you could get a reduced conveyance fee if you choose to register on your own. As for the vin etch service, that is also optional that you agreed to and signed. Most customers do opt to get the vin etch, and some do not want it and it is their choice to do so. Once again, we apologize for the inconvenience that you experienced here and will be taking steps to make that the conveyance fee and vin etch are more clarified if they were not enough already in the documents that you signed and agreed to.
