We were looking for a safe affordable car our 18 year old daughter could drive and want to drive back and forth to school and hopefully now back and f We were looking for a safe affordable car our 18 year old daughter could drive and want to drive back and forth to school and hopefully now back and forth to a job! We saw the car on one of the car apps. We called and spoke to Rich. He had the car ready for a test drive when we arrived. Rich Blanchette was the sales rep who helped us from the beginning thru to the end. A very knowledgeable guy with great sense of humor. Very personable and polite and courteous of what I was looking for and what price range I wanted to stay in. We spent days picking out the perfect car for me bc I was very picky. Rich was not only helpful to work with but also truly enjoyable. He put up with my boyfriend and I for countless hours, and even offered a snack when I got hungry, which was greatly appreciated. He left no question unanswered and truly made this the quickest and easiest car buying experience I have ever had. Chris in their financing department was also thoroughly enjoyable to work with.
