Stephanie had change my mind about your dealership When I first walked into the dealership the first two men that had their desks in the entrance way did not even acknowledge me. It took them at least When I first walked into the dealership the first two men that had their desks in the entrance way did not even acknowledge me. It took them at least 3mins to say something to me. Mind you the gentleman did not have clients or were not on the phone. I asked him to talk to a certain person he pointed and said that he was with a client and walked away from me I was assuming he was gonna tell this person that I was there,no he just kept walking and went about his business whatever that was. I then went outside and told my husband that I wanted to leave that's when Stephanie came out to greet us, I told her what I thought about the customer service there ,she apologized and she was absolutely wonderful!! She handled the situation great And she change my mind I'm glad she came out I love the car!! I already told some of my family members if they were looking for a car to go down there and asked for Stephanie! More
