Very pleased with this dealership Was looking to purchase another vehicle and after searching online, I saw that Wallingford Auto Park had the specific vehicle I was interested in. Too Was looking to purchase another vehicle and after searching online, I saw that Wallingford Auto Park had the specific vehicle I was interested in. Took a trip down to the dealership to take a look at the vehicle. Walked in and spoke with Rich Blanchette, who was pleasant, and willing to help with my inquiry about the vehicle. Rich allowed me to test drive the vehicle, and after seeing the service records of the work Wallingford Auto Park had done on the vehicle prior to putting it up for sale, it was apparent that the vehicle was in good condition. I had done my research and saw that the vehicle was fairly priced considering year of vehicle and mileage. Wallingford Auto Park did not overprice the vehicle at all. I had two very minor requests for small repairs on the vehicle prior to purchasing, and Wallingford Auto Park never hesitated to make it happen for me. Rich kept great communication with me through the whole car buying process and made everything easy for me. The customer service I received at Wallingford Auto Park definitely played a big part in my decision to purchase my vehicle from them. I have no complaints and so far so good with my new vehicle. I can't speak for everyone else but from my experience and based solely on my opinion, it appears as though this dealership takes pride in the cars they sell because they care about their reputation.
