Got a new car with ease! I’ve been in the process of finding a used car for two months now. Part of my difficulty finding a car has been my sensitivity to certain scents and s I’ve been in the process of finding a used car for two months now. Part of my difficulty finding a car has been my sensitivity to certain scents and smokes. When I called the dealership Stephanie answered and was so informative and answered all my questions about a car I saw with patience and kindness. I expressed my concern about Potential smells and not wanting to drive 30 minutes to find out it did so she told me she would check the car and call me back. She called me right back and assured me there was no issues and when I went to see it she was right. Stephanie has been incredibly informative and patient with me. She’s walked me through the whole process and been quick to answer my questions. I really appreciate how honest they have been and that they allow the cars to sell themselves. I really appreciate that they make any repairs to the car prior to selling the car. I definitely will leave the lot feeling confident and safe in my new car! More
