When I purchased my vehicle on February 2019 everything was great the experience while purchasing the vehicle was great. Really love the vehicle my salesman was great the general manager was great and howe was great the experience while purchasing the vehicle was great. Really love the vehicle my salesman was great the general manager was great and however when I drove the vehicle on the highway day of purchase I noticed very vigorously shaking. I contact the dealer they had me go to town fair tire for the issue at that time they thought it was only a balancing issue however as the year went on I have a 2015 Hyundai Genesis I’ve had the car in the shop for in total of six months due to shaking when accelerating at a speed of 70 or 75 very bad shaking in the seat even my five year Old son asked me daddy why is the seat shaking I have taking the car back to Hyundai they have actually had my car for three whole months luckily they gave me a loaner vehicle however the problem has not been corrected it has impacted my credit score because I don’t know if they are going to charge me to get the car out so I am late on my payments. Today is January 26. I was also told by Wells Fargo to contact where I got the car from however they want me to put more money down for a vehicle that I should not have to have had any repairs as of yet. However the experience well get in the car the staff is awesome but the vehicle I’m not too impressed with especially with the uncomfortable ride More
