Do not buy a Volvo if you can help it from this dealer, or any other, for that matter!! They are coercive and the service is awful. I called Wallace Volvo in mid-October regarding broken air conditioning ( or any other, for that matter!! They are coercive and the service is awful. I called Wallace Volvo in mid-October regarding broken air conditioning (in South Florida) and was told they couldn't service my car until JANUARY. (My lease is up Dec, 31st, so quite convenient for them) I tried to trade it in, and that was when I learned that Volvo Finance does not allow you to trade your car in with any other dealer or even to return it to one of their own dealers. With other brands, you can sell your car and then buy out the end of your lease, or trade it in to another dealer for a new car (if, for instance, you wouldn't have air conditioning for 2.5 months). If that wasn't enough, Volvo started sending me notifications to have my end-of-lease inspection within the last 90 days of my lease, so I called Wallace Volvo and first spoke to Service and then to Sales to make the inspection appointment (which I was very clear about). The said to come in on Saturday at 11 am. When I got there after a 1 hour drive they said, we don't provide that service but we would love to sell you a new Volvo. Talk about coercion. So disgusted. I am paying full price for a non-working vehicle. The funny thing is, I almost bought this car. The only silver lining is that I now know Volvo's true colors. If service treats an end-of-lease potential repeat customer like this, imagine how little regard you would get if you already owned the car? Hope this helps someone else! More
They sold me a car , an xc 60 T8 , without disclosing that they had added a $5000 low inventory fee. The price of the car on the contract was not the price of the car on the sticker that was put in the that they had added a $5000 low inventory fee. The upcharge was not noted any where on the purchase agreement and was not verbally disclosed. Shame on them for poor business practices. Untrustworthy. More

Lack of knowledge and professionalism. We purchased our 2020 XC60 Inscription through the overseas program and Tina Taylor ( a title clerk ) from Wallace Volvo refused to process or vehicle We purchased our 2020 XC60 Inscription through the overseas program and Tina Taylor ( a title clerk ) from Wallace Volvo refused to process or vehicle claiming our vehicle was not part of their inventory. She claimed they had to go in person to the DMV to register the car. Never heard such a thing! She made us go through hoops, making lame excuses not to process our car. Until this day, I still don't have my car. I will never even do business again with Wallace Volvo or recommend any of my friends and family. More

Drove 2 hours from Orlando and the process of getting into my new XC40 was seamless and handled professionally. The finance manager was top notch and didn't try to push anything (that's a first) and in less than 2 hours from arrival I was driving home! Highly recommend Wallace!! More
They are total liers I made a lease deal over the phone and on my way up to the dealership Chris called me to say he made a mistake. Good service but.. All was great for the service I had done to my car; 20,000 service. But was extremely upset that they no longer wash your car after they service it???
