They have no idea how to repair VW these are the answers i got from them " uhh it could be " or : well we dont know " " or Lets get you to come back next week " when the all the light these are the answers i got from them " uhh it could be " or : well we dont know " " or Lets get you to come back next week " when the all the lights came back on and i spoke to donna lady her response was we fixed what we could and what the codes came from the reader .. tried telling me there was lights on the dash and they didnt have any errors .. took the car to Kingsport the dealership there was able to get all issues fixed with a few hours . .. dont charge someone for work if you do not know how to repair the car correctly .. Drove an hour to look at a specific car. Sales manager was very rude, talked down to both me and my boyfriend. Would not recommend. They offered low for my trade and did not negotiate at all. Wallace VW Stuart salesman hiding from me was pathetic ! Radio broke 2 months after purchase salesman dodged me several times,"like I did notice" lol, last purchase here. Bad Service, Bad Dealership Its funny that my old five-star review of Wallace Volkswagen is still hanging around the Internet. My family, friends and business associates are no Its funny that my old five-star review of Wallace Volkswagen is still hanging around the Internet. My family, friends and business associates are no longer Wallace customers. After failing to fix my 2019 Jetta's infotainment system problems, the Service Manager was overtly rude, condescending, and offended me. I found out yesterday, while pursuing a Safety Recall on my car that my business is no longer welcome at Wallace Volkswagen. This was confirmed by Wallace's upper management. They said flat out that they are not interested in my business. Which, I guess given the poor service, I'm OK with. My network of car buyers will vote with our wallets and give someone else the business. A shame, after having bought or leased five new VWs from Wallace. More
Wasted my time Drove from Orl Fl to look at 2018 VW Atlas. We want your business and will do what it takes to make it happen. But it did not happen, meet with Andre, so I was trading a Audi A6 2013 53k close to excellent condition. They offered me a ridiculous low amount $ for my trade, stating it needed tires... and it had mva, which was a scrap on the bumper and repaired for $400. Which he never asked me what type of mva it was. But I believe he did want to sell that atlas to someone who knows how to negotiat Tires really... I Believe he wanted to get a innocent or a not very savvy person to buy his car at a price well above the FMV. Bad business. More

Very Crooked Have a 2016 Passat. Laid keys in trunk and when rain started, shut trunk, forgetting keys were in it. Doors were unlocked, but could not get trunk o Have a 2016 Passat. Laid keys in trunk and when rain started, shut trunk, forgetting keys were in it. Doors were unlocked, but could not get trunk open with latch, so had car towed into dealer. Already had an appointment to resolve electrical issues that had been ongoing from another dealer and had not been fixed. Car had 18k miles on it. Dealer could not get trunk unlocked, so instead of fixing the internal latch at the door to open the trunk, they called a locksmith and charged us $ 125 for a key to "unlock" the trunk. Got the car home, the "key to unlock the trunk" did not work. There is no place to put a key in the trunk, the latch still did not work and we could not get the trunk open. Called the dealer and they refused to refund $ 125. Did some online research and found there is a button in the glove compartment to push which resets the trunk, pushed the button and the trunk opened. Again, advised dealer of this and the inability of their staff to fix this issue and again requested refund, again was refused. Now, they won't even respond to us. When daughter went to pick up the car and pay for what was supposed to be an oil change, she questioned the charge and they were very rude to her, caused her embarrassment and caused her to cry. More
