The respect and kindness I was shown from perfect strangers, from beginning to end of the buying process was, unexpectedly, an absolute pleasure. Whoever I spoke to in the dealership was eager to help with any questions or concerns I had. they made buying my Outback fun and easy. Everything was right up front and they met all my pricing objectives with very little, if any, resistance. There was only some bargaining on my trade value which ended in a very fair result. Tyler and Steve were perfect gentlemen and wound up being friends by the end of my buying experience. I could not have been more pleased with the choices given me in the finance office as well. Where the paperwork and any options were handled with no pressure - just concern for my well-being. In a single afternoon, I was driving home in my new Outback feeling elated about the experience I had and the deal I got from Wallace Subaru. Don't hesitate to visit this great dealership. By the way, Subaru is the only way to go for a great driving all-wheel-drive car. The fit, finish, and gas mileage are second to none. This is our second car from Wallace Subaru. If you're not thinking Subaru, let Tyler or Steve show you why maybe you should. We love ours. God bless. More

I have been inquiring for 8 weeks about the refund of my pro rated gap insurance that was sent to this dealership. When speaking with accounting I have been given different dates and excuses of delay each t pro rated gap insurance that was sent to this dealership. Most recent conversation, stated mailed 12/18, “ postal delay due to holidays” as of 12/30/20 still not received. Wallace it does not take this long mailed from Bristol TN to Bristol TN address. More

My wife and I bought a new Subaru last September. Our salesman, Brent Morris was the BEST! Most of the sales people I have dealt with over the years were only interested in the sale. Brent came in on his salesman, Brent Morris was the BEST! Most of the sales people I have dealt with over the years were only interested in the sale. Brent came in on his only day off and completed all the paper work in a very short time. Since the sale, Brent was there for us to help with accessories we wanted and to help set up the app to assist us with service scheduling. Brent is surely an assent to Wallace Subaru in Bristol. I know our Subaru will last a number of years. I sure hope Brent will be there when we need a new one. Mr Wallace, the owner, actually took time to stop by and introduce himself and talk for a little while. This is something that has never happened to us before. Both of these men treated us more like family than owner and salesman. More
Terrible Experience Wallace Subaru of Bristol is EXTREMELY overpriced. Sure, you can dicker with them to get the price down, but the salespeople are CON ARTISTS, and the Wallace Subaru of Bristol is EXTREMELY overpriced. Sure, you can dicker with them to get the price down, but the salespeople are CON ARTISTS, and they kept my "deposit" of $500 after I didn't want to go through with a purchase. (There were NO binding contracts signed at that point, so I was NOT obligated to buy.) The sales "manager" after two days of holding another $200 from me, proceeded to tell me that if I wanted to use my "deposit on another car that I'd like" they would let me. Absolute WORST experience trying to buy a car there. I'm so glad I did not end up purchasing a car with them. Even after losing my money with Wallace, I ended up with a WAY better deal elsewhere. More
