Very unprofessional management Do not buy from this dealership. Bought an 08 Scion xB. It had just been repossessed and had cigarette ashes in it—I CLEARLY told the sales representa Do not buy from this dealership. Bought an 08 Scion xB. It had just been repossessed and had cigarette ashes in it—I CLEARLY told the sales representative I have allergies, dislike the smell of smoke and will not buy the vehicle if they cannot get the smell out. She assured me they could. I left the vehicle with them for 3 days to “detail it”. I pick it up with a strong orange smell, I thought nothing of it at the time. However I don’t like air fresheners in my car so I removed them. A week later once the orange smell worked itself out the cigarette smell is back so strong I cannot even drive the vehicle. It’s sat in the driveway for a month. I attempted to resolve the issue with the sales rep. Was told to try ozium (did nothing) and to put rotting apples in the car—which I found very unprofessional. The inside of the car (dash and door panels) were not clean I had to clean them myself. I put a large amount down. I was told I was required to have gap coverage and an extended warranty (which totaled over 2k) keep in mind this is an 08 vehicle with 67k miles). After calling the finance company I was told no those are not required. Also my sales paperwork had the incorrect odometer reading which I did bring attention to the first time I called and asked to speak to a sales manager they said oh you’ll get a call back. Called the next day—same response. After 3 days of me calling them, I finally called and got a “manager” which was rude and hung up on me (I was polite he had no reason to hang up on me) saying they have done all they can do and now it’s between me and the bank. They have done NOTHING but put air fresheners in the car to mask the odor because they knew I wouldn’t have accepted it smelling like a cigarette. I will be filing a dispute with the BBB. Wallace Nissan is very unprofessional in their business practices and don’t mind to take advantage of you to make a profit. More

Best Experience Ever! We came into to Wallace Nisssan last week to upgrade our Altima. Debbie our salesperson was so kind and courteous! We purchased a brand new Altima and We came into to Wallace Nisssan last week to upgrade our Altima. Debbie our salesperson was so kind and courteous! We purchased a brand new Altima and love it! The sales manager Lenny was awesome he sold us the car for the invoice price and even gave us rain guards. I will only buy vehicles there now after my bad experiences at other dealerships. More
Be aware.... be aware. They rob you. I went last week Wallace Nissan (2733 E Stone Dr., Kingsport, TN37660) to buy Rouge for my Medical school Son. Once I have done with Floor sales man I went last week Wallace Nissan (2733 E Stone Dr., Kingsport, TN37660) to buy Rouge for my Medical school Son. Once I have done with Floor sales man Mr. Joseph McGuigan, another guy came to me and introduce himself as a sales manager Lenny Hacken/ hackman. I don't remember last name properly. We came up with after door price including all taxes. I wrote a check for that amount. After all paper work done, I was ready to get car key, all of a sudden he (Lenny) came to me asking for $1000 more money. I asked him once our deal is done why you asking more money? He has no answer, then he went to someone else & discussed with him. Don't know who that person was. Finally came up with $395 more & gave the reason that the more money is for him to raise. He couldn't clarify what's that raise means. After some hot argument I tore up all my paper work laying on table along with my written check & walked away. While I was walking away I heard he told me get out because he has no clarification. I could have stop there & call the law or ask for the owner or top management team but figured out all these people roaming around act like vulgar. I am also in business, I don't want to waste my time & effort with such a lower category business management The guy (Lenny) who introduce as a sales manager his mentality is like that, then think about the whole team & the management. First they trap you with very low price & come up with higher than other dealership. After all we are not masticating grass. Long story in short go to other dealership. More
Unqualified to service I have taken my 2008 Nissan Rogue in to let them deal with a loud whistle coming from the transmission 4 times now. The first 2 times I was told that I have taken my 2008 Nissan Rogue in to let them deal with a loud whistle coming from the transmission 4 times now. The first 2 times I was told that there was nothing going on. Third time I was told it needed a transfer case. I replaced the transfer case but the whistle was still there. 2 days ago I took it in for them to look at it a 4th time. I was told that they couldn't hear anything after driving it 33 miles and keeping it there for almost 3 days. As soon as I got it back from them and drove it on the highway the whistle started immediately. How in the world is that possible if they did a thorough job of diagnosing the issue? So 2 days worth of driving and a a detailed explanation of the problem from me and yet they still couldn't hear it? Sounds like they need some help in the diagnostics department. They are probably good for oil changes and standard repairs but I can assure you that there is no way in xxxx they are qualified to diagnose anything other than standard issues. More
