Bait and Switch Jump into the 21st century and buy our car online! This is the absolute true definition of an old school, bait and switch car crappy dealership. This Jump into the 21st century and buy our car online! This is the absolute true definition of an old school, bait and switch car crappy dealership. This crew is left behind the times with their slimy techniques. We called for 2 days to confirm if a vehicle was available and set appointments to come in. We even called less than an hour to confirm that the vehicle was still there. We then texted when we were 20 minutes to let Rob know we were almost there. We then arrived and Rob had a sudden family problem and was no where to be found. We then patiently waited in the lobby and observed the slimy, overweight sales folk as they ignored us in the lobby. They then sprung Dominic on us and he proceeded to relay the information that the car was "sold" this morning. Turns out the car was not sold but traded to another one of their dealerships. Rob was probably hiding from the truth and us. However, Dominic was kind enough to offer some other more expensive options as a bait and switch. Dominic also proceeded to tell me how much fun it was to deal with me in a very nervous, sarcastic, cowardly manner. Very comical and typical Kia salesman experience and thanks to their slime-ball tactics. The dealership also stunk like a musty basement and and blended well with the sales manager's cheap cologne. Thanks for nothing and thank you for reassuring us that there are crappy people in this world. More
