Broke down on vacation Last thing you want is to have your car not start 1200 miles from home. This was the case Nov 8 2018. My new jeep wrangler has been flawless since day 1.picked it up in may. Arrived at resort in Stuart Fla jeep was fine even did some visiting of friends in area. Next morning had some appointments ,jeep was dead. Really dead.managed to get jump from yacht dealership in resort & went strait to wallace. Not to make this short story long , Valerie took my car in did what they had to do got me a car to use, it ended up being an alternator, no warnings . Called Wallace Dodge Service and spoke to Brian O' Neal, the Service Manager. Mr O'Neil told me he would wait for me to drop my car off. Upon my arrival, I noticed the Service department was closed and Mr. O'Neal was patiently waiting for my arrival. Mr. O' Neal generated a repair order and dropped me off at a local rental car company on his own time. The following day my vehicle was repaired as promised. Recall Professionally done. Only beef was that I stood in front of a service desk for 10 minutes while the employee behind the desk did not even acknowledge Professionally done.
