This review is a follow-up to my first experience with the dealer and subsequent review on February 15th. Denis was pleasant and professional when we spoke in person, seeking to understand the problem. The next day, I received a call from Dan, who sought to understand the issue and ensure I received support to correct it. Before my service appointment, I replaced a blown fuse and noticed all the differences in my sound system. I even got more communication from Jeff (my salesman) to see if he could help with the issue. How Wallace Jeep responded to my concern says a lot about the dealer. I hope every interaction moving forward is as positive as this one. My wife and I thoroughly enjoy our new wrangler. More
I bought my new Jeep Wrangler Rubicon less than two months ago. One of the items we agreed on was a fender repair for some prominent scratches incurred while sitting on the lot. While driving my new Jeep home for the first time, I noticed two of my stereo speakers were completely silent, producing no sound at any volume level. I reported this issue immediately, so the salesman, Jeff, added it to the service ticket to ensure they would repair it when I brought my Jeep for the fender. However, when I brought in my Jeep, they did nothing to fix the sound system, only telling me it worked fine. I informed the service manager Dennis that I wouldn't be happy if there were no differences, reminding him that two speakers were completely non-functional. He returned my Jeep to me with two speakers STILL not working. People, this is a NEW Jeep Rubicon. The dealer should have promptly repaired the two faulty speakers, ensuring proper function. I didn't even receive a loaner vehicle for the two days without my Jeep. I am disappointed. I hope this is not the level of service I can expect with the extended warranty I purchased. I went to Wallace for a better experience. This first service experience with my new Rubicon was sub-par. More

I brought my truck in for my scheduled service oil change. Dropped it off on a Saturday morning. They are very busy on Saturdays. I picked it up Saturday afternoon and on my way home I heard a noise u change. Dropped it off on a Saturday morning. They are very busy on Saturdays. I picked it up Saturday afternoon and on my way home I heard a noise under the hood. After I got home and opened up the hood to see what the noise was I realized I was missing my oil cap. Tried calling the service manager who was working Saturday all week with no response and I left several voicemails for him to call me back. Finally had to call the dealer directly to get a response which the head service manager said that "it happens sometimes" " the cap isn't put on all the way the pressure from the engine can make it come off".... Really????? xxx!!!! It was a basic oil change.... If I didn't pay extra money for the service plan there I would never go back and let them touch my truck!!! More
Customer service in the Service Department is awful. I have owned several Ram trucks over the years but I will never due business with Wallace Chrysler.
