Doug Diamond was my salesrep and Kenny was the former Manager followed by the replacement manager Frank Barletta who gave even a worse option then the prior mgr on their mistake. I purchased a new 2019 ram 1500 from them, and the passenger side doors had two large dents/scratches. I refused the purchase, and they offered to discount the car + have their body shop make it new and listed on the We-Owe offering a 3yr/36,000 warranty on the body work. 1st Issue: They painted the doors removed the pinstripe, and left the other one on. Had to bring it back to fix it. 2nd Issue: I noticed when the sun hit the side that painted the truck it would have a hologram swirl in the paint, brought it back to fix. 3rd issue When I picked up the truck, they had painted the doors with dirt/sand on multiple spots and you could see/feel the particles. They took it back to re-paint. 4th issue The paint still had swirls when the sun hits the doors. At this point I have had my new truck in the shop for about a month, and the Manager at the time - Kenny offered to buy back the truck equally and just get me into a new truck given the troubles. Month goes by, multiple calls and texts, even left Wallace a voicemail. I received numbers that had showed me paying twice for the fees, taxes, etc and a difference of 3k for a lesser truck. Then the latest one was 5k difference (new manager gave me less on a trade in). At the end of the day, their body shop screwed my truck up and the dealership will not stand by their mistakes and after many attempts not even a manager has called me back. More

No honor I made a deal over the phone last night to buy 2 new cars for cash. After we came to an agreement I was told to come pick up the cars. I drove over an hour to get to Wallace and waited over an hour in the showroom only to find out they would not honor the deal she made. The price they came with was very high. I even offered to pay $1000 more per car than what we had agreed on and they still wouldn't honor it. Poor ethics More

My new jeep wrangler has been flawless since day 1.picked it up in may. Arrived at resort in Stuart Fla jeep was fine even did some visiting of friends in area. Next morning had some appointments ,jeep was dead. Really dead.managed to get jump from yacht dealership in resort & went strait to wallace. Not to make this short story long , Valerie took my car in did what they had to do got me a car to use, it ended up being an alternator, no warnings . They got me back on the road early the next morning,made sure car was safe for long trip home. GREAT SERVICE. THANK YOU AGAIN !!! Joe Ferrino. NJ. More
STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS - Selling tactics Galore This Dealer would be closed down, if Jeep/Chrysler knew how they were operating. They low balled our trade, yet sold it in 24 hours. The Bank is calling - they never paid off our trade and they still owe us funds from the deal. The Leadership team advised Accounting sent our check over-nite, Surprise it was never sent. On calling Accounting they won't pick up the phone, they refer you to the Dealership team who is non-responsive. The GM advised he'd call back and never did. The Deal guy (Frank) is classic shell game sales tactics and the poor sales guy is stuck in the middle. They made money on the deal, money on the trade, bumped the rate, and tried to get us to buy a maint. plan when it is covered by the Jeep Wave program. And they still have the funds owe to us. It's not like we are asking for something not committed and owed. Stay Clear, shady beyond comprehension. Calling the BBB - been a month and they still owe us money. More
Manager is very shady. Caught in lies 3 times! I was signed and ready to walk out with my car of my dreams for the deal I thought was a bit high but fair. My only real concern was the warranty which on Saturday we had agreed would be bumper to bumper but for only 30 days. To which he marked up the document that said NO WARRANTY and changed it to dealer warranty 30 days right in front of me. But the car was not ready Saturday. I had to wait until Monday for new brakes. Monday came and not ready again. I had to get a rental which the manager made the salesman pay for out of his pocket ( I found out later ) which I thought was really crappy as the salesman was a new young boy about 20. So Tuesday night I come back after work at 7pm to pick it up and drop off the rental only to get the final document in front of me the warranty. Turns out after I signed it the manager CHANGED the document! YES! I had it recorded on my phone as I felt uncomfortable with the other two lies I caught him in on Saturday so I recorded when I signed the warranty documents and you can see in my recording that it does not say POWER TRAIN ONLY, that was added AFTER I signed it! How shady is that! I refused the car, canceled the deal and took an uber home never to return again. They were rude, when I mentioned the issue they accused me of lieing, when I showed the owner he did nothing and said they could not afford to honor his word that I showed proof he gave. So I went elsewhere to Sutherlin Nissan in Vero and got a better car, 3 years newer, with 40K miles less, with 4 year warranty bumper to bumper in lower payments and for 3,000$ less month total out the door. Turns out I was much better off leaving! For everyone else don't bother going. This place is horrible. They are shady and manipulative and over charge and don't even treat the employees good. The poor girl out front standing in the hot sun and dressed up to great people is treated like a piece of meat. They treat girls with disrespect and I got hit on 5 times while I was there, everyone from that shady manager to one of their mechanics. Disgusting. The only one that did not hit on me was the female finance lady and the salesman. Just stay away and avoid the sleazes there! No good! More

I was introduced to Chris, a new salesman at the dealership. Chris was wonderful. He was polite and did not pressure me in anyway. What a nice guy. Definitely not your typical “ car salesman”. I have a feeling Chris will have a very successful career!! More

So I called up and a really nice guy by the name Maurice answered the phone And for the first time in my car buying experience I felt no pressure to biy now or the deal disappears deal. He just explained what the discounts were and what I qualified for. He then just gave me an invite to the store, with no obligation to buy, just an invite to see how good of deal I can get, and stressed to me that the Wallace group was family owned and looks not to sell me one car. But multiple cars throughout my life to my family and Friends . I then met up with mike a young fellow that showed me that what Maurice said was true. “NO PRESSURE “ no pressure at all just info and sure enough I bought because the math made sense. But I tell you you it wasn’t just the money factor it was the customer service I received from the initial phone call. If you you are reading this... go see the Wallace group in Stuart fl off federal hwy. toatally diffent car buying experience. More
