Terrible Dealership, Should be-closed down! This dealership should be shutdown. Christian (salesman) and Houston (Sale Manager) were the worst car people I’ve ever dealt with. We purchased a new This dealership should be shutdown. Christian (salesman) and Houston (Sale Manager) were the worst car people I’ve ever dealt with. We purchased a new 2020 Rubicon, never we’re allowed a test drive. They dropped the car off at 9:30 pm. I drove the vehicle the next morning and realized that I couldn’t even get it to stay straight on the road it was so dangerous I returned it immediately. The Sales Manager Houston’s answer to my problem was “what do you want me to do we don’t manufacture them” Not the answer I expected after buying a Rubicon with a $54,500 MSRP. He said I could trade it and lose $2,500 plus repay the Dealer fee again! We called and tried to talk to the owner, and the office Manager asked what the problem was. We told him that the vehicle we purchased was for transportation for a Stage 4 Cancer Patient. The manager assured us that Rusty Wallace would call is back. To this day we’ve never heard back. Imagine how a customer feels after these crooks offer you a deal like that after the customer only drove the car back from where they dropped it off. My advice is RUN DONT WALK AWAY FROM WALLACE DEALERSHIPS! More
My wife and I had a wonderful purchasing experience at Wallace with Doug Diamond, Tony Nachef and the management and finance teams. Straightforward, no gamesmanship during sales or financing processes. Wallace with Doug Diamond, Tony Nachef and the management and finance teams. I came in and after a few minutes was told I would need a bank check. Since I had not been told that in the first place I was unwilling to do that. So this very rude finance officer, Shauna Cavrera, said she had to see my checking account balance. She was really, really obnoxious and not at all polite. I finally showed her my balance on phone app and we got the deal done. The car was not ready when we came in and the whole experience was awful. Had I not made a deposit on my credit card I would have walked and bought the same car from a Palm Beach dealership. I have never been treated this way in any dealership, and I have bought over 30 cars at various times. Mr. Wallace needs to know how his customers are treated. If this is the way all his dealerships operate he is going to lose good customers and have a lot of one time only buyers. The salesman was put in the middle and looked like a deer caught in the headlights. More
We just bought a truck and had it delivered to our home in Tampa, Robert C. was great to work with, he made the whole transaction very easy and simple. Not even sure where to start. Buy a car and shop details it including the leather seats with oil that won’t come off. Delivery not taken, talked into a higher tiered model, agree in price, dealer works the it including the leather seats with oil that won’t come off. Delivery not taken, talked into a higher tiered model, agree in price, dealer works the paperwork and then calls to inform us that they made a mistake and the car had already been sold. The Sales Manager hides behind the desk the entire time and provides no assistance to the helpless sales guy. Management needs to get their act together. Now found the same deal at another dealership and had zero issues. Be warned. I didn’t listen to the advice I received from others. More

The floor sales manager Willie also did a really great job! Ask for James and go for a test drive. A comfortable and informative experience. Then Willie will help you negotiate a super great deal ! If you enjoy being lied to by sales staff On 09-27-2019 I viewed Wallace Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram's website, looking at an ad they had offering a vehicle I was interested in. A 2020 Jeep Grand On 09-27-2019 I viewed Wallace Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram's website, looking at an ad they had offering a vehicle I was interested in. A 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee Trailhawk that they were offering at a sale price of $46,892. So I expressed interest and further contact, and at the same time ran the "VALUE YOUR TRADE" link directly from their website which gave me a Kelley Blue Book trade-in value of $37,687 for my vehicle. This put everything well in line with what I was willing to pay so I was excited to pursue this offering. That same day (a Friday) I got an email solicitation from Danielle Delancy further offering that if I contacted her "today" I would get a further $1,000 off of the purchase price of the vehicle I was interested in. So I sent a reply email to set the purchase (hopefully) in motion. That same day I got a phone call from Danielle in which she told me that another salesperson was negotiating with a customer for this same vehicle, so she would need me to give her a credit card number as a refundable deposit on the vehicle in order to hold it for me. She claimed she would not even charge my account, just have it on hand as proof of my intentions to purchase the vehicle. So I complied, as requested. Obviously I was serious about this deal. Danielle requested further info on my trade-in vehicle, so I sent her the VIN as well as a couple dozen detailed photographs. During a flurry of emails between us, she said that her "GSM Houston" would be contacting me. I did get a phone message on 09-28-2019 from him, but was away from the phone at the time. I called back, but just got voice mail, and no further contact was made from this GSM. Sometime on Sunday (09-29-2019), the price on their website for this very same vehicle went up to $49,566. When I questioned this via email, Danielle contacted me via phone, and said that yes, the price has gone up, because the GSM felt that the vehicle was rare and hard to find. Evidently regardless of the fact I had provided that credit card number on Friday which should have secured the vehicle for me, at the price previously stated. So Danielle states to me that the "out the door" price with my trade-in would leave me with a balance of $19,900 due in difference. All of the numbers are shown in this post, so you do the math and see if you can get them to add up in any way. I'm coming up with over $10,000 more than what we were discussing on 09-27-2019. In my opinion, it appears that nothing I was told or shown on their website was in any way the truth. Whether it be the selling price of the vehicle, the amount stated for my trade-in, nor that my providing a credit card number would be securing this deal in any way related to the then existing quoted prices. All of the information stated above, where possible, was captured either via screen captures or in emails. I don't have the phone conversations recorded, obviously, but I did follow up with an email concerning the credit card number to hold the vehicle and Danielle acknowledged same in a reply. Anything quoted from phone conversations are accurate without embellishments. As for Wallace Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram, it is my earned opinion that you will be wasting your time trying to deal with them, as they will have absolutely no qualms about lying to you. Even if their statements are in writing. Yeah, I know. Car salesmen lie. Aren't you tired of putting up with it? I think I would rather get a root canal than try to buy a car from a dealership. This one is a text book example of why I feel that way. All statements made are my experience and my opinion of the matters that transpired. Rich Zuchowski More

Scam Liars!!!! Good Morning , Let me start by saying I have owner many cars in my time and have visit many dealers and this experience with Wallace Dodge has bee Good Morning , Let me start by saying I have owner many cars in my time and have visit many dealers and this experience with Wallace Dodge has been the worst ever. Last week my wife and I viewed your website see very good deals on buying new cars alot of rebates after calling your Stuart location to make appointment to visit and take a look at two new cars I was greeted by James Mattox whom was very helpful and had nothing to do with what im about to explain to you . We sat down and went over what I was interested in 2019 dodge ram and 2019 jeep Cherokee .I gave him all my information as well as my trade in and were I would like my numbers to be at to make the deal work for both of us . After all the time spent there we were not able to come to the number we needed . As i was leaving I was approached by another manger who said he like to see he could do , He then came back with number that were way over what i said i needed to be at ,As i looked over his number i notice the discount that your internet had mentioned were not the same as his paper had said I asked him why and showed him the flyer that i had kept from the internet , he said there were special circumstances for those offer and not all will apply to this .We parted after that conversatation . Next day I was asked to come in and bring my trade in car so I left work for another day and lost another hour for the second time . After this being said we still had no deal . Over the weekend i received phone call as well as text messages from two different people ,Lisa Russell which mentioned she was Eddie assistant and would like for me to come back in so she could help me make the deal work . Then i received another call From Danielle who said she was quality control manager .This is were the story get interested and i have ALL the text messages from Danielle after texting and calling over the weekend on Monday 7/1/19 we had messages all day and finally she said we have a deal come on in I specifically said i do not want to waste any more of my time nor hers and i leave work again early to get to dealer and drive my new truck home and Guess what NO DEAL the manger Houston try to sell me on other vehicles and ask me for more money down this was not the deal we spoke about on the phone . after all this being said your Quality Control Manger send me a message saying sh is sorry and wanted me to come in because she gets paid off me coming in that very nice to know we are just a money sign in your employees eyes . I just want to let you and everybody who will receive this message that i plan on sending this to person that i can as well as online,Google ,BBB and much more this is not how to treat customers , I work for a fortune five hundred company .My wife is the a regional Property manager for a very well know company . AN my brother works for Benjamin Moore Paint which Leases all there vehicles from Dodge but the way we have been treated i think this me change his company mind for the up coming year. I have all the text messages saved and printed to go forward with letting future customer know what to expect from your dealer and it employees . Thank You for your time ! More
Irresponsible management I was interested to get a new car with them for a good price they had. I got in contact with one of the managers by email a few days before upon my ar I was interested to get a new car with them for a good price they had. I got in contact with one of the managers by email a few days before upon my arrival because i dont live close to the dealer location. Provided all the information they needed to calculate my payments and financing options. The manager i was in contact with said we had a deal. Numbers matching, everything good. Incredibly when i arrive, nobody were aware about my situation, the lady from sales that attended me didn't know anything about me, so we started from zero. And what was my surprise? NONE of the numbers were even close to the ones we spoke before. They were charging me a ridiculous amount that was almost the double of what we agreed before. They made me drive 400 MILES and over four hours for nothing. I put those miles to the car i was supposed to trade-in, spent the money on gas and food, and of course unfortunate and unconfortable situation... Completely incorrect and unprofessional to tell someone there's a deal, make customer to drive from far way, and then change the rules of the game when the customer is already in the dealer! I feel used, scammed, fool, and sad because i had good spectations. If you read this and you're probably a future customer from this dealer, my sincere recommendation is DONT TRUST ANYTHING until you put your shoes into the dealer. They will play with your time just to bring you to their hands and see how take money from you (even known the price of the car is cheap in comparison to other dealers) Scammers... More
