They took my money then stalled me for days in getting the vehicle they sold me, only to tell me “oops, sorry, we couldn’t get it”! Yet they took my payment! We purchased a 2022 Jeep Wagoneer, and initially we worked with Nick on our 1st visit to the dealership (good experience), and then on our 2nd visit he was really tied up with other customers so we sta worked with Nick on our 1st visit to the dealership (good experience), and then on our 2nd visit he was really tied up with other customers so we started working with Tiffany Stamps, and continued with her for the remainder of the sale and vehicle delivery. She was great!, very courteous and professional with considerable product knowledge, and it was a pleasure to work with her . We have purchased several vehicles from Wallace Dealerships but the Chrysler/Jeep/Dodge/Ram is the BEST. As a former Service and Parts Director myself (many years ago-not at Wallace), I can state the Sales and Service Dept.'s are outstanding, and Shauna, the Finance Mgr. was great also. I would not hesitate to purchase another vehicle in the future from this Dealership, and specifically Tiffany Stamps. More

I just got a Silver Jeep Wrangler 2018 from this dealership a little over a month ago. The atmosphere here was very welcoming and positive. The highlight of my experience there was meeting Brandon L dealership a little over a month ago. The atmosphere here was very welcoming and positive. The highlight of my experience there was meeting Brandon Lookenbill, a sales and leasing consultant at Wallace, who moved to Florida only a few years ago. My father and I found him to be very pleasant to be around and charismatic. Even though he was just doing his job, he didn’t really make it feel like he was, and I remember thinking he was the kind of person that would be fun to hang out with. He helped us get a good deal on an awesome 2018 Jeep Wrangler, which has been a blast to cruise around in. The finance manager, Aida Torrealba, was very fun and charming. She put together a nice warranty to keep the Jeep covered for a long time. Overall fantastic experience! Would refer anyone to this dealership. 10/10 Thanks to everyone at the Stuart Wallace Jeep Dealership, especially Brandon and Aida! More
Absolutely unprofessional and wildly unprofessional. Lies, lies and more lies. I love finding out after the fact that they hid stuff in my contract. It’s a a shame because I’ve bought from them before a Lies, lies and more lies. I love finding out after the fact that they hid stuff in my contract. It’s a a shame because I’ve bought from them before and had a good experience. Unfortunately that was in 2012, and no longer the case. Super shady high pressure tactics. Save yourself some aggravation and drive some where else. More

It is a real shame. I live in Stuart and was ready to buy a vehicle from Wallace Jeep but the salesperson Vanessa was so rude told me "sorry your having a bad day" and hung up phone on me. I would rather dri a vehicle from Wallace Jeep but the salesperson Vanessa was so rude told me "sorry your having a bad day" and hung up phone on me. I would rather drive down to Wpb then deal with them. Real shame i have bought multiple vehicles from dealership as well. I also contacted a manager there I believe Sarah intetnet manager? Said the phone call was recorded and would handle it but never heard back from her. O well! More
Great experience! Jenna M. took care of me and went above and beyond to find me the SUV that I ultimately purchased, even though it was at a different Wallace lot (Wallace Kia). There was no hand-off like ot and beyond to find me the SUV that I ultimately purchased, even though it was at a different Wallace lot (Wallace Kia). There was no hand-off like other dealers. She was with me start to finish. More
Tried twice to get a final price prior to driving 250 miles to buy a car. First and only dealership that refused to give me a price before I arrive. When inquired about one particular vehicle being $13k miles to buy a car. First and only dealership that refused to give me a price before I arrive. When inquired about one particular vehicle being $13k off compared to all others, I get the lame excuse that Jeep sets rebates and they can’t tell me what I qualify for unless I come there. Second person used the excuse that there are 15 dealerships between me and them and if she gave me a price I would go to one of them. Super bait and switch. More
My experience with this dealership started a few years ago, when I purchased a 2014 Dodge Durango from them. For that purchase everything was pretty decent the salesman was very helpful they showed me a c ago, when I purchased a 2014 Dodge Durango from them. For that purchase everything was pretty decent the salesman was very helpful they showed me a clean Carfax on the vehicle, I then took the vehicle for a test drive and I noticed that the driver side door would not stay open when the vehicle was on an incline because the hinge was bad, the salesman told me not to worry bring it back and they would fix it. A few days later maybe two days later I brought the vehicle back to get the hinge fixed on the door and there was a noise in the same driver side door I drop the vehicle off and they fixed the noise in the door but told me would be $435 to fix the hinge that that was not covered. I explain to them that I was told to bring it back and they would replace it, but needless to say they did not so I took the vehicle back home. Drove the vehicle without incident for the next couple of years and decided to trade it in on a 2020 jeep wrangler. When I got there trying to work the deal they told me that my Durango had been in an accident and showed me the Carfax to prove it, I explain to them the first Carfax they showed me on the same vehicle a couple of years earlier said the vehicle was clean and had not been any accidents, we then worked past that sticking point and went on with trying to make the deal on the new Jeep they gave me what I thought was a fair amount of money for my vehicle but would not work as far as bringing down the price of their other vehicle, so I decided it was time to walk away and keep my Durango, the sales manager didn’t approach me and said let’s get you into a lease I told him I had never leased before and he said no problem it’s very easy I said OK let’s talk make a long story short he had me put $13,000 down on the leased vehicle so that my payments were reduced to where I could afford to make the payment, me being naïve and never leasing before thought that the $13,000 that I put down would come off the price of the vehicle, well not so because I went back nine months later to trade the lease vehicle in and buy a jeep out right I was told that the $13,000 was gone there’s no equity in the vehicle. I know that some of this is my fault for not knowing about the lease but I would’ve thought that they would’ve explained it to me to help me understand that the money I was giving them I could never recover. So once again I have lost. My feeling is these people at Wallace Chrysler Jeep will not tell you the truth and are very devious, as far as I’m concerned I will never ever go back there for anything or any reason, I could not and will not in good faith recommend them to anyone.
