Zero Stars…I would have rated less if I could…We have purchased a car form Wallace and went to Wallace for all of our service needs…Our Service Advisor retired and since then everything has gone to ****. purchased a car form Wallace and went to Wallace for all of our service needs…Our Service Advisor retired and since then everything has gone to ****. This morning my 4Wheel Drive Service Light was blinking and since we are leaving on a cross country trip in a week towing my Jeep I went into Wallace immediately to see if they could look at it. NOPE we’re too busy was the answer…try other dealerships…this was the answer given to a twenty year loyal customer…so I called Arrigo in Fort Pierce 45 minutes away and even though they don’t know me they told me to bring it in…I will never buy from Wallace or service my vehicle there again and I advise you to do the same. If you really need them they are not there for you. More

From start to finish my salesman Josh Muir and Sales Manager Houston Aruda were fantastic! My Jeep Wrangler was a special order item and I ordered tires/rims and a lift from this dealership for my new g Manager Houston Aruda were fantastic! My Jeep Wrangler was a special order item and I ordered tires/rims and a lift from this dealership for my new girl which the guys got right into service where Brian the Service manager took great care of me! No one had the Jeep I wanted and Wallace CJDR went above and beyond to get me the one that checked all my boxes! Shauna was the absolute sweetest in finance! She went over every option and showed me the right products I needed to make sure my tires and wheels were covered, my Jeep has a 100,000 miles warranty coverage AND we got GAP insurance while keeping my payment manageable. The whole team did excellent and I can’t say enough good things about these guys! Will definitely buy from them again! Thank you again to the whole team! More

Finally getting around to writing this. Recently (May 2022) went in to trade my Jeep in with the Wallace Group in Stuart, after leasing it from them (2x). I wanted something different so got into a good price (or so I thought) for a 2021 car, a week later come to find out that car needed service for squeaking brakes, come to find out it needed new brake pads all around, so I had to take it in for service, then was told that it would be at least 10 days out to fix it, so was offered a rental, and THEN told that I may have to pay for some of this! That same day I asked for my car that I turned in back, it was back on the lot for sale, so they made me repurchase it, but the down payment that I gave on the 2021 only 5 days ago was not refunded for THEIR mistake, nor was it offered, it also wasn't even rolled into the repurchase. THEN come to find out that I now have payments on this car for more than it is worth, so I was resold it at full market value instead. They made money on me, totally ripped off, and all that happened that day was an "apology" about the car that they sold me that needed total service. Yes, I should have probably done better research but this was my third time in there with them so thought I could trust them, or not turned my car in at the end of the lease, but how was I to know that a car that was on the lot needed service only after a WEEK of purchase. They definitely will not be getting my business again, disappointed and now very frustrated with where I'm at in my current car versus where I should be. Oh, and I also STILL have a temporary tag from them, going on 2 months now, with no time frame of when I can put my own back on. Car buying is already stressful and frustrating and they definitely proved that. I should have wrote all of this when it happened, but I am doing it now and my feelings are still the same. Just think that people or someone should know incase it wasn't shared, that a used car, only 2021 though, on your lot, was not ready and needed new brakes, and then I was resold my car for a higher value! I have never in my life been so mind blown by a companies lack of decency and ethics. We purchased a used Jeep from Wallace, unfortunately the vehicle had a cockroach infestation and on my own I tried to han lack of decency and ethics. We purchased a used Jeep from Wallace, unfortunately the vehicle had a cockroach infestation and on my own I tried to handle the issue. I was informed by a pest control specialist that the problem was bigger than I could have imagined and that they have been in the vehicle for a while, likely from the prior owner having had them in their home or office and brining them into the vehicle. I had called Wallace on SEVERAL occasions with no call back. Finally went into the dealership, where they stated they would take care of the issue. After getting a call the next day on a “treatment” we were told would take several days, I started questioning what was actually done. No documentation could be provided. I then asked them if we could look into switching out the vehicle as having 3 young children I don’t feel comfortable with that. They assured me they would resolve the issue, after hours at the dealership they offered me a trade in for $10k less than I bought the car for 3 weeks ago!! They also threatened to report the loaner car stolen if I didn’t come get my jeep that they have no documentation on that they “fixed” the issue. I’m outraged and saddened by how they treated me. I wouldn’t recommend this dealership to my worst enemy. More

I went to Wallace Jeep in Stuart Florida on February 24th to buy a 2022 Jeep Wrangler Sahara. Wes, who calls himself Wild Wes, was our sales rep. We first went there on the 23rd of February to test drive a W to buy a 2022 Jeep Wrangler Sahara. Wes, who calls himself Wild Wes, was our sales rep. We first went there on the 23rd of February to test drive a Wrangler. Wes was very helpful and knowledgeable. We test drove a Sport S with a 2.0 Turbo 4 cylinder and then drove a Sahara with the diesel engine. We decided on the diesel. We wanted to trade our 2013 Honda CRV EX-L. I let them know what Carvana had offered and Wes said he would see if they could match the offer. After they appraised my vehicle they, the managers, wrote what their offer was and had Wes bring that to us. The wrangler we were looking to buy had a window sticker of $56585.00. Their offer was 71585.00 for the Jeep and a trade value of 2113 dollars less than what Carvana offered me for my car. They said the additional price of 15000.00 dollars was their addendum price. There was never a mention of additional dealer markup for their Jeep. There wasn't an addendum sticker on the vehicle. Shady and unethical does not quite describe the way Wallace Jeep tries to do business. I have been in the automobile business since 1976. I thought I had seen it all. If you are wanting to buy a new or used vehicle, my suggestion is for you to shop anywhere but Wallace Auto Group. I would have given zero stars to them, but in fairness to Wes, they get one. The. Worst. Experience. Ever! More
Terrible service!I owned many cars over the years, Terrible service! I owned many cars over the years, different brands each with their own issues more or less. But the experience I have with the wran Terrible service! I owned many cars over the years, different brands each with their own issues more or less. But the experience I have with the wrangler and this dealership stands out. Few months ago, I noticed a clicking noise coming from the front right wheel. I took it to Wallace to see what was going on, since the car was new with less than 3,000 miles on, and the service advisor told me that is a common issue with bad ball joints. He supposedly placed the order for the ball joints back in December and gave me an estimated time for December 31st. I called back on January 5th and found out that the parts will now be in on January 24. I again called back on January 24 and the service advisor told me that the parts are in and can bring the car in service next Monday. Few minutes later the service manager called me saying that it was a mistake, and they don’t have the parts. Well, that was kind of weird. Anyway, the whole saga continues with a new estimated time of February 2nd. On February 4th I stopped by the dealership to check what was going on and the service advisor told me again that the parts were in, and I can bring the car on Monday the 7th. I most certainly asked him again if he is sure the parts are in, and he reassured me that they were. On Monday I showed up at Wallace with the car, I spoke with the advisor, he told me that the job will take most of the day, they gave me a ride home and they are going to call me when it is ready. Great, finally after almost two months of waiting they will fix the car. Oh no, not so easy… I got a phone call that the car was ready but when I got there the same manager told me that there was a mistake, they didn’t have the parts and they just tightened the ball joints. You got to be kidding me… Second time, same story. I thought this was surreal, I really thought the guy was kidding. No, he was not. They kept my car in for 7 hours to tighten two screws. I don’t trust those people. Really fishy… why keep the car there for so long? Why tell me the parts were in when they weren’t? On two separate occasions? They really weren’t? Or they took the car in because they needed some parts? Many questions, lots of mistrust…I asked the manager to let me speak to someone higher up in the dealership. He told me that there is no one and I could only call Chrysler corporation. That was scary. I bought the car from them, it’s under warranty, so why are they working so hard to lose customers and provide such awful service? Also, they keep saying the parts are in back order. I asked that manager for the part number, I googled it and found them available right away at discounted price on Mopar’s website. I really wish someone that cares about their business will take some action and change things around. Can’t make it a habit and blame everything on shortages. Won’t last too long until people realize what’s the real issue. More
