Excellent service by Michael Maxx. He worked diligently to find us the exact car that we wanted. It was very much appreciated . Thank you, Mike! He worked diligently to find us the exact car that we wanted. It was very much appreciated . Thank you, Mike! More
Would not take my lemon law return vehicle and process the return paperwork being the closest turn in location. While I was shopping for a replacement vehicle, Eddie the GM, (show me the money Eddie) s the return paperwork being the closest turn in location. While I was shopping for a replacement vehicle, Eddie the GM, (show me the money Eddie) shoed the salesman (Doug) away from me while I was asking vehicle specific questions to narrow down a replacement vehicle. And I did buy a replacement RAM truck Limited, just not from Wallace. VERY RUDE behavior. More
Had a great service experience with this dealer. The service advisor Kevin was top notch and made the process very easy. Most importantly the vehicle was repaired and the problem solved. I brought my truck in for my scheduled service oil change. Dropped it off on a Saturday morning. They are very busy on Saturdays. I picked it up Saturday afternoon and on my way home I heard a noise u change. Dropped it off on a Saturday morning. They are very busy on Saturdays. I picked it up Saturday afternoon and on my way home I heard a noise under the hood. After I got home and opened up the hood to see what the noise was I realized I was missing my oil cap. Tried calling the service manager who was working Saturday all week with no response and I left several voicemails for him to call me back. Finally had to call the dealer directly to get a response which the head service manager said that "it happens sometimes" " the cap isn't put on all the way the pressure from the engine can make it come off".... Really????? xxx!!!! It was a basic oil change.... If I didn't pay extra money for the service plan there I would never go back and let them touch my truck!!! More

The used jeep I bought broke down within the first 30 days. They wouldn’t pay to fix it so I’m out another $3300. Stay away if you are smart. Go to ARRIGO instead. They stand by their products. days. Customer service in the Service Department is awful. I have owned several Ram trucks over the years but I will never due business with Wallace Chrysler. Will never go back to Wallace again. My Jeep was jerking and actually stalled on me at a light so I brought it into them. They said no codes came up and that I needed new motor mounts, My Jeep was jerking and actually stalled on me at a light so I brought it into them. They said no codes came up and that I needed new motor mounts, spark plugs/ tune up and pcv valve. I had the platinum warranty but none of this work was covered so I spent 1500 and change on this work. Not even two weeks later, I’m leaving work and my car stalls again moving for a bit and then stopping. I had my car towed back into the shop and they told me the code came up for the crankshaft position sensor, I explained that I had just spent a good amount on my car for which they claimed should have resolved the issue. I was told if it was the same issue I shouldn’t have to pay. This was the same issue and when speaking to my advisor I asked for a discount .. they took ten dollars off I asked for at least a free oil change which I was told they would do and still wound up paying for that. When I asked to speak to the manager of service at the cash out window, I explained my history with them and how I would have really expected more than a ten dollar discount - he told me that the original number was more then the advisor had told me most likely and he told me and he must have figured out the discount for labor and the part before telling me the price. I asked if there was something he could do and he said no it’s already set. So I l spent the 350. You would think after spending all that money on parts that did not solve my issue at all, they would have done at least something a bit more for me. I hope the sensor is the fix I needed. Regardless, I will not be doing business with this location again. More
Bought my 2019 Dodge Ram 1500 to see if they can diagnose an issue i was having. Besides the fact that it took 3 days before they got to it they did not find an issue and they charged me $180.00 for them to an issue i was having. Besides the fact that it took 3 days before they got to it they did not find an issue and they charged me $180.00 for them to diagnose something they didn’t find. When I got home I realized my Ralph Loren sunglasses were missing from the center console. This is a really low move on their part. I guess they must have realized that my sim glasses were prescription issued and i’m hoping they didn’t throw them away. I called the service department today to express this concern and I was told they will be looking into it. Of course Patrick told me that the tech was very honest and he’s been there many years. I know someone at this dealership took my prescription sun glasses. I am so disappointed with this situation and I cannot believe a neighborhood established business would do this. I will be reaching out to the GM and see where that takes me. More
