Great Service Depth and Fantastic salesman..Carter Lee We visited MANY dealerships but came back to Wallace for multiple reasons but the main reason was our salesman..Carter Lee. He bend oxet backwards to make sure we were 110% happy with our purchase. Our complete satisfaction was his main concern and we really appreciated the courteous way he treated us. He is most definately a HUGE asset to Wallace. Brian in service was just as accommodating and the work was done on a very timely manner and done correctly so we didn't have to return. WALLACE IS THE ABSOLUTE BEST PLACE TO PURCHASE OR SERVICE YOUR VEHICLE. :) More

Try it - you'll like it! After the usual introductions the sales rep, Carter Lee, stated that this would be the best sales experience that I will ever encounter. I gave him a price and said it was one I received from another sales rep who was not there at this time. He politely excused himself to talk to someone I presumed to be a manager. My first thought was here is where the game begins. There was no game. The price was honored and the vehicle as I wanted was presented on paper for my approval and subsequent order. Everything was explained in detail and all questions were answered. The vehicle was delivered in a timely manner and to my satisfaction. The entire process was excellent and as promised initially by Carter Lee the best car sale I have encountered. Both Carter Lee and the dealership are highly recommended in my opinion. More
