Horrible Experience will never be coming back to the Chevy Family. My significant other and I purchased a used Chevy Equinox with a Sunroof in May. Two weeks in the Sunroof motor broke and a severe thunderstorm flooded the inside and ruined the electronics and soaked the floor and seats. The very next day my S/O brought the vehicle in where they fixed the motor and screen glitches but didn't bother offering to help clean the inside of the vehicles trapped moisture. My girlfriend spent hours working on the vehicle and still couldn't get the odor and water out. When I went in to complain the "Manager" Joe began to argue with me and instead of being apologetic or understanding he decided to fight with me. He told me he'd speak with the General Manager and I told him I'd speak with him instead. Joe told me customers don't get to speak with the General Manager. How righteous of him to be at the top and not have to worry of the people that purchase his vehicles. Stacey the salesperson and Angel the other Manager tried their best to make us happy but at the end failed to do so. We're stuck with paying for a vehicle that we regret purchasing due to the negligence of the Chevy Dealership Family. More

If I could give the service department a 0 I would. I brought my car in to get a few things serviced. I asked for an update by 3pm to find out if I could get a car or needed to rent a car. I got a voice-mail at 3:17pm telling me one issue was null and that the other issues wouldn't be looked at until tomorrow. I called right back and the advisor was already gone. I finally had to fight with another advisor and they were calling the warranty department to see if a car was covered. I was stranded picking up my child from school and without a car to get home. And I live 45 minutes away. Fighting with the service manager who never told.me anything other than it takes time with the warranty dept. In which my whole point was to have this part done before 3pm so I would know what I needed to do for a vehicle. I decide to get my car because they were no help at all. As I get home and see the paperwork that the service gave me it stated the advised me of bad parts and I was advised that my car was unsafe to drive. I was NEVER advised of any of this. And the service manager argues that he told me this information. Complete lies on all of their parts. So I drove 45 min home in an "unsafe" car that they lied about telling me. More

I have a Chevy Volt and this dealer who is 2 miles from me says they decided they just won't service Volts! How can a Chevy dealership not service their own cars!!?? AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP!! Sleazy car selling tactics. I e-mailed all my local dealerships requesting lease pricing on various cars. All dealerships, other than Wallace, provided numbers for me to evaluat e-mailed all my local dealerships requesting lease pricing on various cars. Victoria Siesto and Eddie Momeni's from Wallace took the position I would have to come into the dealership to get pricing, which speaks volumes of this dealership's mentality in dealing with customers. Ended up leasing from a different dealership and what a difference in customer experience compared to this place. More
