Lied to and mis lead by sale staff. Purchased a 2020 Equinox that was certified pre owned. the vehicle had a terrible cigarette smoke odor in the car. Sales rep sprayed some air freshen Purchased a 2020 Equinox that was certified pre owned. the vehicle had a terrible cigarette smoke odor in the car. Sales rep sprayed some air freshener in the car and said the smell would be gone in 5 minutes. WRONG. We bought the car anyway and had the interior steam cleaned. The smell of smoke was lessened but still present.My wife has COPD and could not stand to ride in the car with that smell. We did issue a complaint with Wallace Chev. 3 days after purchase. They said we only had 24 hours to return the car. it was ours as we had signed on the dotted line. Several more issues came up over the next few weeks. The cigarette odor persisted. The cruise control would disengage for no apparent reason. Went through a rain storm and water dripped on my wife's feet from under the dash. While sitting at a stop light the emergency flashers just came on without the button being pushed.The sun/moon roof curtain would only close half way once it was opened. I made several calls to Wallace Chev. to no avail. I told them I wanted my old car back. They said they would sell it back to me be it would cost me several thousand dollars more than they gave me when I traded it in. I asked for a meeting with the president of the company and the top manager. This DID NOT happen. I did finally buy my old car back but it did cost me dearly. I paid thousands more for it. My payment went up $55 a month and the 2 years I owned and made payments on the car went out the door. I am starting over as if I had never owned the car or made payments on it for 2 years. Serviced my new Chevy Colorado there but beforehand, I received the service and cost plus tax. When I received my bill it had an extra $6.75? I called to ask why this was on there and Brian D, Service Adv received the service and cost plus tax. When I received my bill it had an extra $6.75? I called to ask why this was on there and Brian D, Service Advisor, said it was the “Customer pay shop charge for repair order.” I asked what that consisted of and he said that was for the department to buy rags and other supplies. Really? Why would the customer pay for their supplies to run a business? That’s like paying for the plastic bags at Walmart. He said he would refund my money this time but won’t any other time. I said there won’t be another time and he said then I retract my offer to refund you anything. Really Wallace Chevrolet? Multi-million dollar company needing customers money to buy you shop rags? Shame on you. Rip off. More

Horrible Experience will never be coming back to the Chevy Family. My significant other and I purchased a used Chevy Equinox with a Sunroof in May. Two weeks in the Sunroof motor broke and a severe thunderstorm flooded the inside and ruined the electronics and soaked the floor and seats. The very next day my S/O brought the vehicle in where they fixed the motor and screen glitches but didn't bother offering to help clean the inside of the vehicles trapped moisture. My girlfriend spent hours working on the vehicle and still couldn't get the odor and water out. When I went in to complain the "Manager" Joe began to argue with me and instead of being apologetic or understanding he decided to fight with me. He told me he'd speak with the General Manager and I told him I'd speak with him instead. Joe told me customers don't get to speak with the General Manager. How righteous of him to be at the top and not have to worry of the people that purchase his vehicles. Stacey the salesperson and Angel the other Manager tried their best to make us happy but at the end failed to do so. We're stuck with paying for a vehicle that we regret purchasing due to the negligence of the Chevy Dealership Family. More

If I could give the service department a 0 I would. I brought my car in to get a few things serviced. I asked for an update by 3pm to find out if I could get a car or needed to rent a car. I got a voice-mail at 3:17pm telling me one issue was null and that the other issues wouldn't be looked at until tomorrow. I called right back and the advisor was already gone. I finally had to fight with another advisor and they were calling the warranty department to see if a car was covered. I was stranded picking up my child from school and without a car to get home. And I live 45 minutes away. Fighting with the service manager who never told.me anything other than it takes time with the warranty dept. In which my whole point was to have this part done before 3pm so I would know what I needed to do for a vehicle. I decide to get my car because they were no help at all. As I get home and see the paperwork that the service gave me it stated the advised me of bad parts and I was advised that my car was unsafe to drive. I was NEVER advised of any of this. And the service manager argues that he told me this information. Complete lies on all of their parts. So I drove 45 min home in an "unsafe" car that they lied about telling me. More
