We shopped for a car on New Year's Eve. We had just left Vero and were very dissatisfied with the experience/price there. We showed up just as Suburban Chevrolet was closing their doors and were greeted by Vero and were very dissatisfied with the experience/price there. He worked with us at the same time he was working out a sale with another couple. We were able to get a Very nice, used car, at a fair price. The price negotiation and paperwork were seamless to the extent that my husband said, "That was the best experience buying a car I've ever had!" Was looking for a Pontiac Soltice coupe for some time. I found one that I was interested in on the Surburban Chevy website. I inquired about it and almost immediately received a response. We spoke on the phone several time, the folks there are extremely profesional. As this was a long distance purchase I wanted to make sure the car was in the proper condition. I flew down to West Palm Beach ans was picked up by the sales manager Steve Goldberg. We drove to the dealership and the car was everything they represented it to be.the entire staff was very professional and courteous. The sales process was smooth and quick. I can't recommend theis dealership highly enough. Next time a need a car this is where I will be going. More
I brought my Saturn ION-2 in for a catalytic converter today, and Mr. Russo greeted me as I drove into the driveway. I gave him my keys, and he immediately showed me to the Customer Appreciation Lounge. today, and Mr. Russo greeted me as I drove into the driveway. I had a nice lunch next door at TooJay's, and as I was walking out the door, Mr. Russo called me to let me know my car was ready. Less than an hour total wait. And he also gave me an exceptional deal on the catalytic converter. I can tell customer serivce is very important to this dealership, and as long as Mr. Russo is working here, I will definitely be back. --Michael Anand More
I am very disappointed with my experience with Suburban Chevrolet Liquidation Center, the used car location for Suburban Chevrolet of Stuart, FL. On Monday, October 10, 2011 my husband and I stopped in to Chevrolet Liquidation Center, the used car location for Suburban Chevrolet of Stuart, FL. On Monday, October 10, 2011 my husband and I stopped in to look at a 1990 Miata we had seen earlier. Larry gave us the keys and we took a test drive. We loved the the vehicle and were ready to buy, but needed to find financing for about half the asking price. Larry pointed us toward Sunbelt Loans. We went to Sunbelt, were approved and went back to Suburban Chevrolet to close the sale that day. Larry said that there was an issue with the title, but that he would have it resolved in a couple of days. We wanted to make sure that the car was "ours" so we offered a deposit to hold it. We were told that a deposit was not necessary and we could consider the deal done. Mike put a sold sign on the mirror and told us to park the car in back, which we did. Tuesday morning we called to check on the status and were told that Larry was working on it and they would call us, but we did not receive a call. Thursday morning my husband went to the main dealership to see if he could talk to someone else and find out what the hold up was, as we had financing secured and thought we were just waiting on them to do the paperwork. Ben at the main dealership told him to go up to the liquidation center and give Mike $100 to hold the car. He did that, but Mike refused the $100. The car was no longer on the lot and no one would give a straight answer about what was going on. My husband waited while Mike supposedly made some calls. When Mike realized he wasn't going to just leave, he came out and apologized and told my husband that the car we thought was "ours" was out on a test drive with another customer. I understand that miscommunications can happen, however there is no excuse for giving customers the run around and not following through on promises. I don't know if the Miata was sold to the other customer who was taking a test drive, but the dishonest treatment we received was enough to convince us we were no longer interested in doing business with Suburban Chevrolet. We contacted Jack about a specific car that was listed on the internet. We drove over an hour to get to the dealership and found the car on the lot right away. We worked through all of the paperwork with ease and were confortable with what we were doing. There was no pressure to buy, no persuasion to make a deal with them. Jack even took us and introduced us to the service manager. Everything about this car buying experience reassured me that this was the right place for me to purchase my car from. I will do business with the in the future. WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE!!! More
