Also was quoted almost $800 for a 7,500 mile DCT Filter that’s required by GM. Which of course I questioned as I’ve learned that the first service GM would pay for, without any proving statement for 5 days and only when I went above the staffs heads to get my own answers from management of this dealership I was able to get answers. As it only covers within the first 12 months from the date with was purchased. Which I was completely understanding about. Only when I decided to call a highly qualified and experienced company to make an appointment for the DCT filter, that we discovered a massive transmission leak AGAIN or even never been fixed or even overlooked. Whatever the case was, I was highly disappointed, aggravated and frustrated with this matter. I left the 3rd party show as they refused to work on it due to safety protocol and also guidelines. I went directly to the dealership where I bought it and had to serviced the first time. Upon arriving, i quickly ask for a manager to address this issues and was met with a one service manager David Barnes. As I introduced myself and shared the information, also how this matter occurred. He was very quick to dismiss and also played down the situation or any of my concerns, all the way though giving me a attitude to proceeded to tell me to make an appointment as other vehicles are ahead of yours, as if the job was done the first the right way I wouldn’t be asking you for help. As I ask for the higher supervisor of his attitude became greater only when my tone of voice changed he proceeded to call his service director a Michael Rivera. Having a very professional discussion with Michael, I’ve realized we may have hope into resolving this matter. As of right now the only reason why I would continue doing business with this dealership lays on hands of Nick Musarra, Michael Rivera & Asthon. I hope for a quick turnaround as this vehicle has been in the hands of the dealership as much as it was parked in my garage as I only put in 2,000 miles from purchasing this vehicle about a month ago. Hopeful they can get this right with their one and only head corvette technician that also cleared the vehicle from its 1 week repair he did. More
Great experience with our sales rep until it was time to close and the very aggressive GM Mark Warren got involved. Long story short, both parties had a buyers order agreement finalized on paper. Once we go close and the very aggressive GM Mark Warren got involved. Long story short, both parties had a buyers order agreement finalized on paper. Once we got to the closing table the fees were higher then agreed to. When called out on inflated fees, we were verbally accosted in front of other customers by the rude, unprofessional GM Mark Warren. Never returning to Wallace for any service work or purchases. Manager is a disgrace to the honest people who work in the car industry and Mr Wallace should be ashamed of who he has representing Wallace Chevrolet and Cadillac of Stuart. More
Sales guy was ok but Finance person was nothing but a fraud. Usually they try to find you the best rates but this guy was clearly just working with whichever company would give him the best kickback. Ass fraud. Usually they try to find you the best rates but this guy was clearly just working with whichever company would give him the best kickback. Assistant manager was a piece of work as well. Will never go back there again. More
After purchasing many vehicles from the Wallace network including Corvettes I was just informed that the original list for the Z06 is garbage and they are selling at $50k over with trade and $75k over with including Corvettes I was just informed that the original list for the Z06 is garbage and they are selling at $50k over with trade and $75k over without trade. Sort of tells you you are getting a bad deal on your trade I guess. I know of 2 Chevy dealers selling at MSRP to people on their list. Hopefully this greed and lack of loyalty hurts their sales. Short term misguided policy More

Dealer Manager unprofessional. I wanted to purchase a Blazer RS I tested drove prior to my purchase visit. I asked if it was being sold at MSRP or had a dealer markup, being that I wanted to purchase a Blazer RS I tested drove prior to my purchase visit. I asked if it was being sold at MSRP or had a dealer markup, being that it was a 2022 and we were in the 23-model year. I was told it was being sold at MSRP less gm offered discount of 1,250. I checked various auto purchase websites to obtain a price that the vehicle could be sold for. The salesperson returned with a price. I replied that's not what I felt was acceptable to the salesperson. she asked if i would like to make an offer. I did. How can I say I just should have headed for the door. This very annoyed sales manager Matt came over to provide me a lecture on what's going on in the car world. I indicated that it was a 2022 and i could wait for a 2023 if i was going to pay MSRP (Just saying I did low ball the car by 7k which should have been 3k) I was shocked the way it was handled. I have purchased from Wallace Chrysler at MSRP Plus at a time when Pacifica's were scarce, but the plus was negotiated professionally. Mr Wallce I have found the over MSRP is not what many dealers are doing currently. I do thank Matt, He motivated me to purchase my new Cadillac from Braman Cadillac in Miami. Below MSRP for a 2022 50k XT4.Braman Is a class act that I happily wrote a check to. Also, Stacy at Wallace was Totally professional. More
