As far as the former employee the review app wouldn't let me proceed without picking a name,that dosent chage the fact the service dept hammered a senior gentleman for $1100 saying ' he didn't drive enough to blow out the carbon ' so you sell him on a injector cleaning, 'carbon 'would build up on SPARKPLUGS has zero to do with injection system

Norm, that is a correct statement, which is why we recommended the injector cleaning with the upper intake service. This combination service will address the injectors and decarbon the upper intake and valves. This carbon is a byproduct of the combustion process. We make these recommendations based on multiple factors which can include low mileage situations. I can assure you we did not take advantage of anyone, just advised.
