Two new cars! My husband has been researching new cars for three years and had the Mazda 3 as one of his final options. I've been eyeing the CX-5 for about a year n My husband has been researching new cars for three years and had the Mazda 3 as one of his final options. I've been eyeing the CX-5 for about a year now as well. We went in on Saturday to test drive the Mazda 3. Sierra greeted us right away and was friendly and helpful without being too aggressive. We test drove the 3 then left and went to test drive another make/model. We came back to Mazda a couple hours later as my husband had decided on the Mazda 3. We went through all the options and Sierra and her colleague answered all our questions. We purchased the Mazda 3! Then I decided to test drive the CX-5 and also loved it. I traded in my previous car and got a fair value for it. Before we left the lot they showed us lots of features in the CX-5 GT so I was comfortable in using it. Sierra called me a couple days later to check on how I was doing with the new car. We pick up the Mazda 3 tomorrow as it will be ready as promised. Our experience has been very positive! More

I also asked for help getting the driver's seat moved upward and forward. (I have arthritis in my hands and elbows which makes it hard to move the driver's seat.) Sold my car AFTER I paid a $2000 deposit! I had a horrible experience here! I gave them a $2000 deposit on 5/19/17 for a car in OR. On the following Monday 5/22, it was still listed for sale o I had a horrible experience here! I gave them a $2000 deposit on 5/19/17 for a car in OR. On the following Monday 5/22, it was still listed for sale on the OR dealership website and I was very concerned. I contacted them Mmediately with my concerns and I had the VIN number to verify. The car was SOLD Tuesday 5/23 by the OR dealership because Alec Walker neglected to following with the OR dealership or make arrangements to have the car picked up. I was devastated! He then tried to sell me a car that was much more expensive (Bait and switch I believe this is refereed to). The OR dealership felt so terrible about the mishap, although it wasn't their fault, that they located the car for me at another dealership and followed up to be sure I was now a satisfied Mazda owner. I received the car a few days later, at a significantly higher price, because of Walker's negligence. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THEM! They never even apologized and never admitted it was THEIR FAULT! I'm now paying over $2500 more as a result of their unprofessionalism and lack of ethics. More

This all started with an airbag recall, where t I will not go back to this place, I will not recommend to anyone!! The service department is horrible. This all started with an airbag recall, where they broke my glove box in the process and I only found out after I tried to open it to put stuff in and it fell to the floorboard. They did fix it, but would not admit they broke it. During this service I ordered a new key fob; never got ordered. When I called back to see if was in was when I found that out. The regional manager did his best to correct all these errors: repaired my glove box; order the key at no charge; which was a bad key; they came a got my car from work was supposed to pick me up at 5 from work; 5:15 still no ride; called them, they forgot about me. They ordered another key, it was on back order till May. I was told they would call me when it arrived and would resolve this issue; by. Ow I've changed jobs, I live in North Bend and work in Bellevue; they offer to come get my car to fix the key. My appointment was this morning at 9. They never showed, said they didn't read the notes about coming to get my car. Hmmm yeah never mind this is the 3rd time since February I've tried to get this fixed. So today I'm a bit more than pissed; it's Memorial Day weekend; and the lady says she will bring me a loaner car to use: I tell her that I will not be home to return this weekend; she says fine next week when I get back. Fine; let's get this resolved. I call her back in a few minutes to ask them to please have the tank full as I had just filled mine for the weekend; now she tells me that they will have my car back to me before 430; which is when I get off work. Mind you it's 1:46 as I write this. Hmmm yeah; what a great company to do business with. Never never again will I even think of calling this dealership for repairs or to buy a car; they could have my dreamer sitting on the lot for an unbelievable price and I won't go there!
