I had been looking for a 2010 Prius for two months.I had a deposit on a "incoming" car from another dealer. I thought all was well.... Till I called this dealer on my scheduled day to get the Prius and they a deposit on a "incoming" car from another dealer. I thought all was well.... Till I called this dealer on my scheduled day to get the Prius and they said "we have tried and tried and can NOT get the car you want" I was floored to say the least. Wow they never even called me to update me... Well I went into the dealership and of course they tried to "sell" me one I didnt want(insulting)....So this is when I thought NEVER will I deal there again.. So I almost went to a Honda,HOWEVER I stopped by WALKER TOYOTA in Miamisburg about 30 min from my house. WOW what a different experience.. from the start I was greeted by a salesman named James Comer and then he introduced me to his manager Bret Crowell. These two guy's understood my frustrations and made it a possitive car buying experience. They had the car I wanted on the lot...!!! Kinda makes me wonder about the other dealership who "tried" and "tried" to get my car(yeah right). So I would 100% reccommed Walker for your next car purchase. They turned a bad situation into a perfect car buying exprience for me. Thanks Chad R More
Wesley has been the best car salesmen i have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Most of the time i do my best to know everything i can about the vehicle i am going to buy so when i actually talk to the s pleasure of dealing with. Most of the time i do my best to know everything i can about the vehicle i am going to buy so when i actually talk to the salesmen i can be very short with them and get in and get out. Wesley actually made dealing with a car salesmen enjoyable and the purchasing process very enjoyable. He is very knowledgeable about Toyota and the features of the vehicles. We probably could have spent hours talking about the new Toyota trucks and their features. Our sales experience was very low pressure and Wesley took the time to show us how to use and work almost of all of our new trucks features. He invited us to call back in a week to ask anything thing about our new truck that we haven't been able to figure out on our own. Wesley was also prompt to answer a list of questions i emailed to him on his day off. I received a phone call from him to personally answer and explain all of my questions within 20mins of sending the email. Wesley even helped us negotiate the deal with the dealership making sure that we got the best of everything we could with out new vehicle. As a business owner i deal and negotiate all day long and have developed a pretty could sense of when someone is trying to gain a large commission or screw me. I can honestly say all i felt from Wesley was a man doing his best to make sure we ended up in the best vehicle for our money even if that meant he didn't make as large of a commission. I can honestly and wholeheartedly say I would be happy doing business with Wesley again and look forward to it in the future. Would recommend that anybody in the new car market stop by and talk to Wesley Ostander at walker Toyota before buying any new car. More
