I've been leasing vehicles from Walker Auto Group for at least 10 years. I have dealt with the same sales person Robert Hill for my past 3 lease experiences. They always take very good care of me when i visit. My sales person is the BEST! he has always followed up with me after my leases to make sure i like my car and if there is anythng he can do for me.Robert has been at Walker for many years, that says something about the employer for sure. The current Mananger is really nice and accomidating as well. I think he is the best manager they have ever had at Walker. a real people person! Walker goes the extra mile for their customers. IF they didn't i would not have kept going back all these years for all my leases. More

We searched other Toyota dealers closer to us, but the three we went to would not match the price that Kelly offered us through the American Express auto purchasing program. In fact, one of them (Dry Ridge Toyota) said that they could match it, wasted our entire day, then told us that they couldn't match it (Note- we already bought 2 cars from them, but won't be buying from them anymore after that!!!) Not only did we get a 2010 Corolla at a price that no one else could beat, Kelly made the whole car-buying experience easy and enjoyable. GREAT VALUE and even BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! He found me the trucks I wanted and e-mailed me the price immediatly. It was raining slightly when I arrived and he had moved the trucks inside for me. He never tried to force me into buying something I did not want or could not afford. He actually listened to what I needed. Danny Engle the general manager was very professional without being condescending. He really worked hard to get me a deal that I was happy with. He represents professionalism at it's best. Robert Hill was also very helpful after the sale. He gave superb customer service helping me with every minor detail. I found everyone at the dealership to be super friendly and very polite unlike other dealerships. I would highly recommend them. More
