We searched other Toyota dealers closer to us, but the three we went to would not match the price that Kelly offered us through the American Express auto purchasing program. In fact, one of them (Dry Ridge Toyota) said that they could match it, wasted our entire day, then told us that they couldn't match it (Note- we already bought 2 cars from them, but won't be buying from them anymore after that!!!) He found me the trucks I wanted and e-mailed me the price immediatly. It was raining slightly when I arrived and he had moved the trucks inside for me. He never tried to force me into buying something I did not want or could not afford. He actually listened to what I needed. Danny Engle the general manager was very professional without being condescending. He really worked hard to get me a deal that I was happy with. He represents professionalism at it's best. Robert Hill was also very helpful after the sale. He gave superb customer service helping me with every minor detail. I visited Walker Toyota not knowing much at all about Toyota. My wife and I were, to say the least, not very knowledgable about cars and did not have much time to reasearch before we started shopping. Wa Toyota. Walker was our first visit and we had no intention to buy that night - we had planned to visit at least one other dealership before we made a decision. Robert Hill was our salesman and throughout the visit he was extremely pleasant, knowledgable and, most of all, patient with us and with the many questions we had of him. He clearly had a knack for getting from us what we really were looking for in a car and spent no time showing us models in which we had no interest. What struck us most about the experience was the fact that we took a lot of Robert's time that evening (arriving at 5:15pm and not leaving until 9:30pm) and I'm certain there were times when he could have concluded that we were not going to make a purchase that evening. Despite that, Robert's disposition did not change and his friendly attitude toward us continued. When we finally decided on a the car (a RAV4) we wanted, Robert found us a car in the color scheme we had in mind. Because of the way we were treated and the sincere friendliness we found in Robert, we decided to make the purchase that evening. Make no mistake about it. Our purchase that evening had everything to do with the way we were treated by Mr. Hill. We may have come back to purchase the RAV4 after visiting another dealer, but our decision to finalize the purchase that evening was based on Robert. More
