After a satisfactory test drive of a used vehicle, I called back a couple days later, made an offer, and negotiated a price over the phone. Drove an hour to go close the sale, check in hand, and they changed the price on me at the closing table! Most unprofessional and borderline unethical. Salesman even had our agreed price written down in his own handwriting, but the manager wouldn't honor it. So I walked out, and then went and bought the same model car with same miles for a lower price elsewhere. Not sure how a dealership stays in business with these kinds of practices. So other buyers - just beware. Get everything in writing before you go to far, and check every number. More

Great buying experience I came in on Saturday 10/28/17 and spoke with Ron Williamson and he helped me with my car purchase. Leasing a car was not in my budget so he helped me I came in on Saturday 10/28/17 and spoke with Ron Williamson and he helped me with my car purchase. Leasing a car was not in my budget so he helped me find a car in my budget. From finding the perfect car to the test drive and then he walked me through the final paperwork without making me feel like I was just another commission sale. He made the whole experience very comfortable, and I was able to drive my purchase home within a couple hours. I have been very pleased with my buying experience thanks to the knowledgeable and personal assistance i received from Ron. More
Poor customer service in new car sales I hope this review reaches management. My family & I were at this dealership on Sunday for over an hour walking the lot and showroom. We were interest I hope this review reaches management. My family & I were at this dealership on Sunday for over an hour walking the lot and showroom. We were interested in purchasing 2 new vehicles. No one greeted us nor approached us to ask if we needed help. There was 1 guy who sat and stared but NEVER opened his mouth. Needless to say this dealership has lost my business! Very, very sad. More

Each and every time I'm there, it's nothing short of an awesome experience. Everyone that works there goes out of their way to say hello. It's a very warm and welcoming place to be. Recently purchased a new 2017 Hylander from Walker Toyota near Dayton OH. Worked with Mike Severs and had the best purchase experience I've ever had. Mike was professional during the entire process and kept in touch (we had a car built to order) during the build process. He made sure the car was ready for us to pick up and personally inspected the car for shipping tags and other removable stickers which were numerous and not always visible. Would definitely recommend Mike Severs and Walker Toyota for new Toyota purchases. More

Completely Ignored I've just moved into this area, and I wanted to get on the mailing list of the closest Toyota dealership to schedule service, get service coupons and I've just moved into this area, and I wanted to get on the mailing list of the closest Toyota dealership to schedule service, get service coupons and later this summer replace my two aging Camrys. I walked into this dealership to get all this arranged, and not one person in the showroom or the service department would give me so much as a look. Amazing. Even in the worst dealerships, you get jumped by sales people the instant you walk through the door. I tried the service department. There were four people sitting at terminals and another in the check-in area. Only two bothered to glance up, and they went back to whatever they were doing. I stood there in front of one service rep and stared at him just to see if he would eventually say something. Nope. I finally asked the cashier next door who I was supposed to see. She took me back to those same service reps, said so-and-so would help me right in front of this guy. He didn't. Here's the interesting part: there was only one other customer that I could see in the whole store. Hello Nissan. More
Oil consumption test Took RAV 4 in for oil consumption test as per bulletin. At start of test dealership overfilled oil, I verified myself. Then when all the lights came on for low oil many months later, they told me to drive it there. I checked oil Level prior to the 20+ mile drive in worry of it causing more problems. No oil on dipstick. After they kept the car for 3 days they called to tell me the car had oil in it. On the dipstick. That it passed the oil consumption test. After adding one quart as per Toyota. Prior to this test the car was using 3-4 times the amount of oil it's suppose to. The mechanic added more oil than he stated it was off the dipstick . Long story short I had trust issues with this dealership once before not rotating tires but it's checked off on the sheet they use to show u what's done. Don't trust what this shop tells you. Verify it. I'm a mechanic for 25 years caught them pulling the wool over my eyes More
