Kevin was very helpful and quick to answer all question while we were waiting for the delivery of are new car.He also made the closing of the deal quick and informative. Kevin intorduced us to Denise Newman and she help us add some accessories to our new car (at a fair price) She was able to get the pin stripping done before we left the lot that day and schedule the rest of the work for next week on a day that was most conveninet for us. I Had a recent hardship and was not sure what I would qualify for. Tracy workrd the numbers and with my Loyalty (6th car from Walker leased) I was able to get into an affordable payment and an Escape sim qualify for. I am always treated well at Walker Ford and Tracy does a pheonminal job of getting me what I want and quickly. We were done with the paper and the truck was ready go in less then an hour. I had lots and lots of questions about the Escape, and he nailed them all spot on. It did take him a little while to find the Escape I was looking for considering all the options I was looking for, one with the Nav. system seemed to be the tough item to find out there, but he found it. The only one in the state, I might add. A couple days later it was here, all cleaned up, and I was outta there with it heading down the road. Overall my experience with Kevin and Denise was a excellent, one I won't soon forget. Denise also did a excellent job in finding all the little add on things I was after. She made all these things happen in just a couple of days. On Friday when I picked my truck up, everything was done. Great Job... Like I said earlier, my overall experience with Kevin and Denise was a excellent one. This was my first new,new vehicle ever. I would highly recommend Kevin, Denise and Walker Ford anytime.
