I first met with Jason and it was great experience on how he handled buying my sisters vehicle back as she passed away. Jason was very understanding and took the used car salesman out of my mind! I eventually was looking for a truck and Jason was excellent in respecting my decision on buying a new more fuel efficient truck. He introduced me to Tracy and I was able to walk in, pick out the truck and agree on price within an hour. I have dealt with dealers like Lokey Nissan and Countryside Ford. Wow these dealerships drain your energy. Walker ford puts all of them to shame. I could not say enough nice things about walker ford and there team. Jason was very helpful, friendly, thorough, and patient. Jason accompanied me and my crew on a test drive and then worked with me to settle all the paperwork and make the sale final. He went through the trouble of having the registration and title taken care of so that I wouldn't have to make an extra trip to the DMV. As I had made the trip with my mother and my son's girlfriend, he provided us all with a refreshment. The car that I purchased had some upholstery torn on the driver's seat and it did not contain a manual. Jason promised to bring me a loaner car the following week so he could take the car to have the upholstery fixed, and he assured me he would make every effort to provide me with a manual. The following week, he was true to his word. He brought me a beautiful 2010 Ford Fusion to drive for the day so that he could take my car for the necessary repair. At the end of the day when I went to pick up my car, the upholstery looked good as new, the car was beautifully detailed, and Jason presented me with the owner's manual and a valet key. I previously went to another Ford dealership and encountered a salesman who did not know the product/rebates/financing and I did not feel I was treated with respect. From the moment I stepped into Walker Ford the salesman, Keven Jewel, treated me well. He was very knowledgeable and worked to get me the best possible deal. He stayed in touch with me through the process and upon delivery of my new Escape, spent all the time I needed to orient me to the features of my new car! I was even taken to the Service area and introduced to staff and advised of the hours, services, etc. At the other dealership I had asked if they had Courtesy transporation, as I work nearby, and was told "you won't need it because we have such great hours". Imagine my delight when I asked the same question at Walker and found out not only would they drive me to work if my car needed work, but they offered some free maintenance services the first year. This is customer service at it's best. I could have purchased the same Escape at any dealer, the difference is always the dealership. I left with my new car feeling confident that if I ever have a problem with it, Walker Ford will not only listen, but will truly want to help. More
