Have had others do an alignment on my 2014 e 350 Walker did a great job my steering is on point once again the steering wheel is nice and straight. Had a 60,000 mole service done. Had the spark plugs done. did a great job my steering is on point once again the steering wheel is nice and straight. Had a 60,000 mole service done. Had the spark plugs done. Glad I did when I got the truck back about 70 miles it blew out a sparkplug. Sent it back to Walker and they got it fixed up no problem as of 250 miles since spark plug failure More

Called and made an appointment - was told cost would be about $2-$3 given my ford points (oils change, tire rotation etc......) In addition I presented a 10% discount coupon which in my mind would have red about $2-$3 given my ford points (oils change, tire rotation etc......) In addition I presented a 10% discount coupon which in my mind would have reduced my bill to zero along with a few points left in my ford account. Upon completion of the job I was presented a bill for over $40 - questioned why so high was told that's what it cost. Tried to explain what I was told about initial $3 estimate. and the 10% discount - didn't matter. Then to make matters worse I was charged a fee for paying with my credit card - ridiculous. Not a happy customer at all. More

We have to say thanks for Shawna. We bought a new traveler trailer and discovered our current vehicle didn't have the proper equipment. Shawna had helped our daughter with her car and We bought a new traveler trailer and discovered our current vehicle didn't have the proper equipment. Shawna had helped our daughter with her car and we were so impressed we went to see her to order us an Explorer with a class 4 towing. While the vehicle was on ordered we scheduled a vacation. Delivery kept getting delayed. Our vacation was in jeopardy. So we decided to get a Ranger with the proper towing package. Shawna located us a great Ranger. So we purchased the Ranger and our vacation was saved. Thanks again Shawna. We would definitely recommend Walker Ford and Shawna. Thanks More
