I made a 1:00 pm appt for “The Works” (synthetic oil blend and tire rotation). At 2:15 (that is 2 hours and 15 minutes later!!!, someone came into the lobby to tell me that they did not rotate my tires blend and tire rotation). At 2:15 (that is 2 hours and 15 minutes later!!!, someone came into the lobby to tell me that they did not rotate my tires. I only had my oil changed and various things inspected (fluid levels, tire treads, brakes, rotors...) and it took 2 1/5 hours? Not only this, but there was no communication during this span of time and I could see from the existing (dirt) on the lug nuts that the tires were never touched. Never again. More

I was disappointed in my service. I had to bring it back twice for the same problem. The 1st time I was told it was ready & when I came to pick it up they didn’t even have the part yet so I spent many hours twice for the same problem. The 1st time I was told it was ready & when I came to pick it up they didn’t even have the part yet so I spent many hours there waiting. I had to bring it back the next day after the first visit because I found a piece of plastic and screws on the floor and the radio was no longer working. Both times I got the car back it smelled like a greasy garage. If they had made a note of what I told them the problem was I believe it would’ve been repaired the first time without me having to pay so much extra for labor to have it done again. I thought that Ford Certified Mechanics would have been more thorough. I have boasted about Walker Ford since I bought my fusion in 2012 but I believe I will be taking any other problems to a local mechanic instead of bringing it back to the service department there. I have to bring it back in for another recall next month and I’m leery of bringing it in. More
