Mike was very helpful , he kept me inform on my vehicle while I was waiting for the diagnosis on my 2011 ford edge. Requested written estimate-didn't get one, Requested inspection of 4x4 function-doesn't work properly. Truck left in parking lot unlocked. Tire inspection didn't catch bulge but n sidewall of right rear inspection of 4x4 function-doesn't work properly. Truck left in parking lot unlocked. After making an appointment 4 days in advance, and even dropping the car off an hour before my appointment time, they still waited an entire day to even look At the car. If they had looked at the car the day I had my appointment I would've had my car back in time for me to go to work. But a couple hour job took them 2-3 days. The only thing I can praise about my entire experience is the actual mechanic work. I'm just glad my car is back and my problem was fixed, and they even went above and beyond checking my diff fluid for metal particles. However the entire service part was poor. As soon as I pull up to drop off my vehicle the service guy (not the one assigned to my vehicle) told me immediately to give them a 5 star review and I haven't even given them my keys or told him what's wrong with my car. Basically, next time I have a problem with my Ford I'll take the extra 15 minutes on my drive and go to another dealership. I just want to know, what's the point of making an appointment if when I show up at my appointment time my car still has to wait in line as if I was a walk in customer? More
