brought my 2016 f150 in for a recall an oil change and some other minor things as well as a minor leak in my panoramic sunroof. the service writer told me that the track was broke not allowing the glass t some other minor things as well as a minor leak in my panoramic sunroof. the service writer told me that the track was broke not allowing the glass to sit properly and said it would cost 2200 to fix i declined and left. on my way home i tilted the glass like i always do and when i got home it would not close i called them and told them they said bring it back up. the next day he said there is nothing they could do to close it and that i would need to pay the 2200 i said no that i would like to talk to the service manager because it worked when i brought it in the first time he called me back and proceeded to tell me that it would cost 6700 and if i did not want to pay i needed to come get my truck off HIS lot. i tried to tell him that it worked when i brought it in the first time and that i should not need to pay to fix something they broke once again he told me if am not going to have them fix it i needed to come so i did. my company has purchased many trucks and suv's from them over the years BUT NEVER AGAIN More

We were heading home from vacation when the water pump went out on our truck. We called and spoke with Brooks who set up a tow truck and had a technician ready.
