Worst customer experience ever. Had an appointment for a specific car. Financing approved with three different banks, told sales I just needed to come drive it to verify it fit the bill. I recently had a water leak in my Chevy Cruze and took it up to Walker Chevrolet dealership in Franklin to be dealt with as the whole car smelled of mildew. The dealerships employee Stephen was the one who attended to my needs during the time that my car was in their service shop. Very poor customer service, this was one of my first times dealing with a situation like this by myself as I just recently moved to Tennessee. I explained to them the overbearing smell that was in the vehicle (obviously from the leak) and was told after I paid 300$ for the part that needed to be replaced (total came out to 501$ that I had to pay and the same issue I had coming in complaining about was still disgusting) that in order for anything to be done about the smell of the mildew it would cost an extra 80$ for the kind of treatment that they do..I proceeded to ask "So basically what i'm hearing is that for 80$ more I could get the same treatment as a car bomb from Walmart for 7$?" all I got back from that was a "that's correct". Upon picking up my vehicle that was in the shop over the weekend when I got there said employee was not there to assist when I came to pick up my vehicle after he said himself that he would be there until 6. Fast forward to leaving the dealership..As soon as I pulled out of the service station and onto the main road my check engine light directly came on, I had to turn around go back to the service station where the manager and an employee named Thomas who were both very friendly and helpful, assisted me politely with figuring why the check engine came on right after leaving the dealership. The engine air filter had also been changed while they had it in their shop and the entire piece itself was not even in my vehicle correctly, it was basically just laying there and the two gentlemen that helped when I came back put the piece back in for me and had to wait even after the service department had closed to assist me with this issue they did not cause. I extremely appreciated the two men that helped me when I had to return but overall the experience from customer service to explaining things to me along the way or even just trying to actually help me were very poor. Would recommend taking any service needs elsewhere. More
I purchased a used car from this dealer. The first mistake I made was buying on a rainy day and not taking the time to fully inspect the vehicle. The second mistake was not driving it on the interstate. After three weeks of ownership I had to replace three tires that were worn on the inner and center parts. An alignment had to be done. Next the battery died and needed replacing. Several days latter the car began to shake at low speeds. The car was taken to Nissan to have the transmission serviced. Out of pocket over 1k for a vehicle they claimed was inspected. I messaged this dealer about this and they responded someone would contact me. But they haven't. More
