When I called to the s m to discuss, he said oh this happens due to the tech not properly checking the undercarriage and they remove the old oil. Well this is unacceptable. What else did they not check? Not good at all not pleased after my first visit to the service Dept. Oh he did offer to take a look at the car however that means I will lose more time for what should have been a simple oil change. More

Excellent Customer Service We purchased an MDX a few months back from Wanda. She was very helpful and knowledgeable about the vehicle. She took care of everything we needed. We are taking a road trip and wanted to see if we could purchase a third set of wireless headphones for the kids so she took care of us and was able to get us a third set. Dishonest sales left our daughter stranded ! We recently purchased a preowned Volvo from Walker Acura for our daughter for Christmas, which she loves. Unfortunately, the week following Christmas We recently purchased a preowned Volvo from Walker Acura for our daughter for Christmas, which she loves. Unfortunately, the week following Christmas she traveled to see family in Florida when the oil light came on about an hour prior to her arrival then the car stalled on I-10 @ 8:00 at night in the middle of nowhere. When we finally got to her about an hour later, we found the car we just purchased from Walker w/ the oil bone dry ! Rewind to a few weeks prior when we purchased the vehical, James our salesman discussed the miltipoint inspection and specifically the oil change they provided as there service. Now when I called James, he was apologetic and said he would check w/ service and get back with me. After not hearing back from James after a week, I called Matt Martinez the sales manager and again explained the situation which he apologized and would look into it . After three week and another unreturned phone call, I've decided 'They Don't Care'. I feel that this review format is the only platform to make other costumes aware of the people they are dealing with at Walker. Walker Acura allowed a vehical to be sold without a simple oil change and for that matter a basic inspection. Furthermore, they lied about the serves and were ultimatly too lazy to even attemp to rectify the situation even with a simple return phone call. Pathetic dealership. More
