When I took my car in for service to complete an update. When my car was returned, I noticed there was curb rash on my rim on the drivers side that was not there when I took it to the shop. I called and lef When my car was returned, I noticed there was curb rash on my rim on the drivers side that was not there when I took it to the shop. I called and left a voicemail to the service manager and explained the situation and provided a call back number. After weeks, I never received a call back. I went back to the shop for another update on my car and explained the situation in person to the service manager. Conveniently, the servers were down so they could not review the cameras to see when my rim was hit during service. I explained that I just wanted my rim fixed since I wasn't the one who hit a curb, and left my name and information. I was told the servers should be back up in 3 days and I would receive a call back. Again, I never received a call back and it's been over a month. Very unprofessional dealership at minimum, and they never even attempted to make the situation right. More

The personal customer service I received from Tony Reese during this visit and from visits over the past years continues to bring me to Honda in Waldorf. Tony goes above and beyond to make it convenient for during this visit and from visits over the past years continues to bring me to Honda in Waldorf. Tony goes above and beyond to make it convenient for customers who do not live close near the dealership and manage multiple schedules. Without his help getting my vehicle to Honda would have been much more difficult. Tony explains the situation and stays in constant contact during my vehicle stay with Honda. I believe if Honda had more service reps like Tony customer service over exceed customer satisfaction. More
