I initially took our vehicle to the Waldorf location for air conditioning repairs ended up Witt a damaged auto starter. Eventually after one week of out vehicle sitting and waiting at the dealership for alm air conditioning repairs ended up Witt a damaged auto starter. Eventually after one week of out vehicle sitting and waiting at the dealership for almost a week after all of that the air conditioning is still blowing hot air. I will not revisit that location again. More

It was towed to a Honda dealership in Chester County. They offered me $300 and then $600 😂. I asked before purchasing the Pilot if the timing belt had been changed. I was told "yes". I was later informed that it was the serpentine belt, post purchase. First instance of a negative with any of the dealerships in decades. It happens... but I'll still a fan of you guys. More
