Wonderful People; from Sales to Service!! I have taken my car to Waldorf Honda (previously Ken Dixon Honda) since I purchased my 2001 Honda. These people, from the greeters to the mechanic I have taken my car to Waldorf Honda (previously Ken Dixon Honda) since I purchased my 2001 Honda. These people, from the greeters to the mechanics to the cashier are the most pleasant people to work with. In these days where customer service is a rate thing, I feel most at home at Waldorf Honda. I am never pressured into additional costs; always told exactly what is wrong with my car and always given sound advice. I feel at home, as if they are "friends". I now have a 2011 and on my way to a 2016. I'll never take my cars anywhere else. More

Worse experience ever! Worse repair experience ever! Took a week for parts to come in. There was no loner car available for me to use. When employee finally called me to sa Worse repair experience ever! Took a week for parts to come in. There was no loner car available for me to use. When employee finally called me to say my car was ready, there was still problems regarding the repair, car not fully repaired. Very expensive repair cost, plus there was a price difference of over $150.00 dollars then what was quoted to me in the beginning.. When I got in my car to drive off, I immediately noticed a part missing from my car and informed the employee who asked the mechanic that worked on my car where my part was. He didn't have a clue where my part was. Now I still have to bring my car back for further repairs and to replace the missing part that was lost during the repair of my car. Unbelievable! More
