Tony Reese was my advisor-- I called Honda about whether or not my car was on an airbag recall. I was on the list. I actually live 10 min away from the Honda dealership around Richie marlboro rd. But the customer service is terrible tho which i would rather take the 28 miles ride to waldorf.... I went online and read reviews at Waldorf Honda and another Honda dealership not too far from where I reside and based on the reviews at this location, I decided to take my car here. The service department was extremely nice and professional and walked me through the process being as though it was my first time servicing my car since I purchased it earlier this year. When I went to pick my car up, it was freshly washed to my surprise and I was very pleased. Thanks to the entire service team! 2 thumbs up and I will be back for the next service requirement and thereafter. More

They were honest I scheduled an appointment for a water leak. Over the phone they did not tell me a tech was not there daily for this service and of course the tech wa I scheduled an appointment for a water leak. I was able to get another service done which was fine but my major issue was not resolved. I appreciate that Honda was honest in that they weren't able to complete the problem so I took my car back to the dealership I purchased it.Honesty is great. Especially when you do not know or cannot perform. i will take that any day over being overcharged and the problem not fixed. More
