I received great service again yesterday, as expected. Scheduled an appt with Robert H, who also helped me when I arrived. He listened to my concerns, made suggestions, and was professional. Because my visit was diagnostic, he called me once he had information about my 2005 CR-V. We discussed options and decided on the right course of action. He also helped me order a part to be installed during my next service appt. I can't say enough about all of the great people at Waldorf Honda, and I recommend them to everyone. More
