Backlog for parts--took a while but finally got loaner Went to service center for a problem covered by warranty. The needed parts were on backorder and I haven'the had use of the car for a week now. Most recently I have generally worked with Mr. Robert Hersh, whom I think exemplifies the high quality of the staff. He has always been attentive and prompt in dealing responding to my service needs, explaining the work that needed to be done in clear and understandable terms. Courteous and personable, he keeps me informed about the progress of the work being done. I cannot recommend him highly enough. More
