He acknowledged my presence and had my information ready by the time I stepped up to his desk( great multitasking skills). My car was serviced in a timely fashion and I was out of there. Backlog for parts--took a while but finally got loaner Went to service center for a problem covered by warranty. The needed parts were on backorder and I haven'the had use of the car for a week now. Consistently over this time period I have received outstanding service provided by a professional, courteous and personable staff. Most recently I have generally worked with Mr. Robert Hersh, whom I think exemplifies the high quality of the staff. He has always been attentive and prompt in dealing responding to my service needs, explaining the work that needed to be done in clear and understandable terms. Courteous and personable, he keeps me informed about the progress of the work being done. I cannot recommend him highly enough. More

Car Service Near the End of the Work Day Yesterday, my tire light came on. I drove directly to the Waldorf Honda dealership. I was surprised at how much remodeling is going on and was kind of nervous about who I could get to help me. Bernard Dixson, whom I have been privileged to have help me since I moved to Waldorf in 2009, was walking across the lot. He told me to go inside and see John or Tony. John helped me. He was very nice. Even though he was kind of frustrated about something else, he was very accommodating and made sure that I got in and got the service I needed. I really appreciate the Waldorf dealership. I also have to say that I am enjoying my 2014 Accord, I moved up from the 2003 that I was driving when I came here. Terry, the salesman, made the experience so much fun! For me, I only go to a car place when I absolutely have to go. BUT, the people at Waldorf Honda make it very pleasant when I do go! Thank you to them! More
